It was clean, cosy and generally a nice place.i would recommend it for someone who needs a quick place to sleep for the night. The staff are extremely friendly and lovely. The breakfast is great and their are loads of options. In addition ,it was in a nice tranquil area. However,the WiFi wasn’t working, also the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was very difficult to sleep as it was very hot. In my opinion,their should of been a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. In conclusion,I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

They went out of their way to make me comfortable, and even stayed late to help me retrieve my passport when I accidentally left it. The rooms were somewhat small but very comfortable, and the breakfast was great (it helps that you can eat with a beautiful view of the lake). I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would like to stay here I visit Radolfzell again!SarahUnited States of America

The train and bus terminal are within five minute walk and only another two minutes to the lakeside promenade, harbour and swimming. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Convenient car parking on site. Other pretty places are littered around the lake, all within easy reach via car, bus or train.

Receptionist, Alexsandra (?) was very helpful and also covered breakfast Covid precautions - and gave us Radolfzell mugs on leaving which was a nice touch. Breakfast was substantial. We have stayed several times in the hotel and it is very clean, warm and with modern bathrooms. Our room this time had a balcony overlooking the Stadgarden.

You really feel welcome at this place, which is, TBH, not a very modern one. The location is a nice timbered house, almost 500 years old. So, you cannot expect the floor to be very even, but we liked the atmosphere of this hotel, it sure is an experience, you do not get any other day.
