The breakfast choices were excellent and generous, I particularly liked the bagel with lox and poached egg. The coffee was decent - with warmed milk, and the fresh orange juice was welcome. The staff was very pleasant. The roof terrace is pleasant for breakfast and relaxing later in the day. There is no ocean view, but a great view of the nearby cathedral. Good location for restaurants and museums, and five minutes to the main shopping district, the market, and buses (which are excellent in Las Palmas and all over the island). Comfortable, spacious room. Generally a great value for the money.

Nice hotel with an up-market feel. Not too busy, service was great.
Set in a protected reserve, this hotel is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and is the ideal place for a golfing holiday.

The room is very simle but nice. Everyrhing is as you'd expect it to be in a hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and the shower provided plenty of water. There's a Pool as well although no one really used it.
The view and outdoor location is absolutely breathtaking. You're next to the path down to the caldera as well as a small hill you can walk up to for an equally spectacular view. Very peaceful.
The girl working at the desk in Las Palmas was super helpful and friendly even though she wasn't there in person.
There is free coffee and water which I really appreciated.

Marzagan in itself is just a suburban town but with good motorway access. The hotel's real location is Los Hoyos right on the edge of a large village in a peaceful location. Well placed for visits to the Botanical Gardens and easy access to motorway links for visiting all parts of the island but avoiding the concrete coastal strip down to the airport and the madness of the roads around Las Palmas itself.
