Although looking a bit tired, the hotel was better than expected. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we have had in a long while. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Great location, short walk from train station and to the city centre. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. The history around it was so interesting. The property was attractive in some areas. The room had lots of natural light. The cleaning staff were very kind and thoughtful.

The location could not be better. East access from the train station (bus N83) and in front of the cathedral in the center of the city

The position close to the center and the presence of parking.
We spent one night as a family of five and our stay was ok. The adjoining family rooms are really good although the rooms are quite small. No extra pillows provided but otherwise beds were fairly comfortable. One of the showers leaked and a toilet seat was broken on arrival but for a budget hotel chain we didn’t expect everything to be exceptional. The rooms were clean and they have air conditioning. Breakfast ok but very little choice - no meats or much fresh fruit. Hotel was conveniently situated near the motorway.
This hotel served our purposes fully. We needed a convenient place to stay with an early morning checkout. It was clean, with comfortable beds and a quick check in. The property felt secure, with a code to get in the parking gate and room. We were placed in a quiet section as requested, and the air conditioner worked well. A coffee machine and food vending machine in the lobby were an added bonus, as was the easy access to/from the highway. We would use this hotel again on a visit to Metz.
Fantastic location, a really warm welcome and secure (free) parking. All staff throughout stay were lovely. When staying in cheaper hotels in France, I often find the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, but this place was absolutely spotless, very impressed. Bedlinen provided was very soft, as was the duvet, but sadly let down with an uncomfortable bed.
The hotel is very clean, has a special formula 1 design with own character, very nice staff who helps you when ever needed. Close to the hotels are restaurants, good Italian one, closed parking and the rooms are very spacious. A top hotel regarding price quality.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but clean and serviceable. Breakfast was good, and affordable compared to other hotels. Liked that parking was free.
