The host was nice but we were not able to communicate until I brought out my translate app. I didn’t like anything about my stay. Jennifer was not at the sight. I called and about 15 min later a lady shows up. She did not have the keys. We communicated through a translate app. She first mentioned that the host was about 45 min away. 30 min later a couple who were staying at Les LAVANDES opened the door and we all went in.

Our stay was magical and very peaceful. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were stunning and the pool was great. The concierge was very kind and welcoming. Great stay.

I loved staying at Auberge du Bon Laboureur in Chenonceau with my family and can easily say it was the best part of our ten day trip across the country. The hotel staff was so kind and welcoming, we relaxed in their pool and jacuzzi after long days sightseeing, had a wonderful dinner at their excellent bistro, it felt like home away from home.
