The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were amazing. The rooms were also very nice, and to top it all off, there was always something provided free of charge, such as small sweets, cakes, and coffee. Additionally, they offer unlimited amounts of free water, which is great if you're feeling really thirsty. The hotel is located 60 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower on foot, 30 minutes from Champs d'Elysees, and is in close proximity to numerous fancy restaurants. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was truly an amazing experience.

I had few minor issues but could never get someone to assist me properly. I had no tv for my entire stay and I am old person, I like to watch tv at night. They never came to check for the tv even if I repeatedly said it was important. Nobody seemed to care and I am still waiting for the refund of the first night as promised. They keep bouncing me. Very bad guest experience

This is a great area.
This is a great area. Lots of small businesses and eateries; access to anything you may need, In addition, close to Metro.
Our favorite spot was the market, which was open 3 days a week with a lovely display of fresh produce, meats and pastries as well as other products.
There are eateries of many nationalities in this area and we tried several. We also enjoyed the bakeries, which not only sold delicious pastries, but awesome sandwiches and quiche which were a tasty and less expensive option than restaurants.
Activities vary depending on time of year. We arrived during a street music festival. As already mentioned, the market took place 3 days a week and we were very close to the metro with easy access to all of the main tourist attractions of Paris

The staff were professional and friendly and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast had a good variety and the woman who maintained the dining area greeted us with a smile every morning. The front desk staff were informative and helpful.
The room was small but we got used to it, because the windows are large and open to let in light and fresh air. The bathroom was really small and getting into and out of the shower was tricky, because I had to step up 2 feet in get in the narrow opening and there wasn't a grab bar to help when getting in or out.

Very bad facility, old building, no elevators, old bed, bad mattress and uncomfortable, no insulations so you can hear people talking in the other room and while using the shared bathroom, also bathroom vanity is very small that you can't even wash your hand. Very far from the attraction area, on the map looks close but in fact you will need to take multiple transportations to go anywhere you want with time frame between 30-45 minutes. Honestly doesn't worth the money you pay and if I knew in advance I will not go for it, you better stay in a hostel but not that place, and if you want a hotel just spend an extra $20 and I am sure you will get a better option.

This was a solo traveller, one-night stay that was very pleasant. It was close to the train station and many restaurants and grocers. The room was large enough for one person and had a desk and chair, which I appreciated. The window opened for air but when closed, shut out the noise from the street perfectly. I heard nothing on a Saturday night before Halloween! The shower looked like a new renovation although the water went onto the floor easily. There was no door for the bathroom which may be an issue for a couple. The double bed was very comfortable. There were multiple large city parks nearby and I enjoyed exploring such beauty within walking distance.

Great reception, alert and to the point.
Great reception, alert and to the point. The host was very acurate, in advance during prepartion of our trip and in repliing on our questions. The studio was convenient, spacy and very clean. Location is quite in a nice renovated area with excellent public transport on 5 minutes walk from the apartement. If we go back to Paris we will certainly book at this accomodation again. Just 1 little tip, 1 luxery chair for two persons is a bit sober. However further, well done Edgar!

The hotel is well located, with a subway station that takes you to the cities' most famous attractions, and many shops located around. There is a supermarket that is opened until midnight, which is good if you have some emergency. The hotel has a small garden, where you can relax and eat. The staff is helpful. Everything in the room I slept worked well.
The hotel has very nice staff. The front desk is always staffed. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The area is a nice residential urban area with nearby restaurants, shopping, and access to the Metro. Local grocery stores as well as a large mall are a short walk away.
Comfortable bed
Spacious room
Parking below hotel private and secure
Older hotel, not renovated, but seemingly well maintained.
Price (through booking - seems half off of regular) seems reasonable. (600-ish 2 rooms 2 nights - weekend)
The staffs were very friendly. Room was too clean. Other hotels where my colleagues stayed are charging almost 3 times more. But room condition is bad than this. I would stay here again If I go to Paris. Highly recommend.
Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, 2 metro station are in walking distance as well as supermarkets and cafes. The room is quite small, but has everything needed and is clean
The hotel is nice, the design is as if in the 50's. We arrived late in the night, met with a very nice guy at the reception desk. thank you for your hospitality!
Small comfortable rooms
Location very close to levallois centre and Paris
Easy check in even late at night
Hotel is environmental friendly and conscious
Apartment is very large, nice and well located. Right across the street from the Levallois Perret city hall. It had an elevator which is a plus in Paris.
Rooms larger than other similar size hotels in the Paris area.
Well located in an area with large and diverse restaurants.
Staff very nice and helpful.
