Situated in Poreč, Apartmani Dekovic Materada offers beachfront accommodation 30 meters from the beach and features various facilities, such as barbecue facilities and a terrace. Everything! Perfect location, modern, new furniture, equipment, very friendly host!

Completely renovated in 2018 this new family resort is located in the Park Resort complex a couple of minutes away from the nearest beach, Park Apartments offers self-catering accommodation surrounded... Good value for money and location with many amenities. The rooms are well equipped. Towels and gowns supplied for the pool and wellness. We were lucky as we had a quiet location on the edge of the property, but others could be lively. The wellness was welcome with a max of 7-8 persons which had to be booked in advance. Free gym.

Only 50 metres from a beach, Apartments Materada Residence is set in Poreč. The location was excellent, the property is surrounded by a well maintained park and it is immediately next to the sea. It was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely come again for a longer stay.

Very friendly agency provided good service and owner.The house is located 20 metres from the sea,in quiet area in north part of Porec, roughly 2 km from the City centre and provides all equipment which is needed for family stay-grill,garden,outside shower,outside sitting,other summer furniture etc.Also space inside is more than sufficient..Location is surrounded by various restaurants therefore full satisfaction. I am planning to return back.
