The staff at the Lounge was very friendly, attentive and communicative.

Modernly designed featuring touches of wood, Bali Nusa Dua Hotel is located in the exclusive resort complex in Nusa Dua. I stayed at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel for 2 weeks and I loved it. From the outset there was a welcoming reception from all the staff and they were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The facilities were very clean and there were ample amenities in the room. I went for a Medical Tourism appointment with Medical Departures and the hotel was very handy to the BIMC hospital. I travelled alone and was extremely well looked after in pleasant surroundings. All the facilities you could want,a Gym, Spa and and an inviting pool. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and catered for all tastes as did the room service menu which I utilised after my surgery. Above everything it was the amazing staff and I personally thank each of them for their service and care. I will definitely return in the near future. Thank You Sarah Pym

Located in a gated estate, grounds are beautiful, all the staff are super kind, friendly, responsive and willing to do anything necessary to make your stay great. Villa was beautiful, real luxury, quiet and peaceful. Access to the private beach and shopping center are super easy. Drivers take you everywhere with a smile. Spa was great too. WiFi was excellent. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
