Located in the heart of Surabaya, a 3-minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza, Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery offers rooms with a marble and gold plated bathroom. Extremely close to a big mall and many restaurants, the hotel has two good restaurants itself, very clean room, beautiful garden and old-school decorations, very nice staffs. I left early for airport so the hotel has prepared A LOT OF FOOD for me! Just wonderful!

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

Most welcoming and friendly staff, really they were the highlight. Hotel is lovely. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Strong AC (maybe too strong I had to turn it off!). I'll definitely stay again next business trip to SBY

Across the street from the Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall, this relaxed business hotel is a 17-minute walk from the landmark Submarine Monument and a kilometer from Surabaya Gubeng train station. The staff. There was a girl behind the reception at night (don't now here name unfortunately) and the security man helpt me a lot with my travel plans (booking a bus ticket and arrange a private driver) And the location is great!

The smell of the lobby was very nice , smelled of coffee, really appealing to me. In the end, the experience was very enjoyable to me .
