Beautiful property with everything that you need. Rooms were very clean and well decorated with great air con and hairdryer included. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were given free breakfast and coffees every morning that was delicious, as well as two welcome drinks on arrival. There were lots of bikes on the property that could be used at any time and were handy for getting to the beach and ancient ruins, cenotes etc. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back again.

My experience at Layla as a solo traveler was wonderful. The property was stunning and very well kept, the staff were all very helpful and kind, they helped arrange anything I needed (bike, taxi, airport transfer, etc.). Great location for exploring downtown Tulum with the added oasis of the rooftop pool for the hot afternoons.

I enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood more than other areas of town because you have proximity to lots of great restaurants and shops but are just off the main drag so you avoid lots of the noise and tourist traps. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. This hotel met my expectations! Nice location, really close to the food cohort Palma Central, in a calm and quite neighborhood. The hosts were really kind and welcoming! Sabrina served us a nice and tasty breakfast, it was like being at home! I advise it 100%!
