Fabulous new hotel which is spotlessly clean. The staff were really wonderful, very friendly and always available to help with any queries, nothing was a problem!There is such a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is really good and having water, fruit and snacks available throughout the day is very welcome. Pool area small but lovely to relax at after a day of sightseeing. This is also spotless, the staff are constantly cleaning.

Great location at the edge of the old city, 10 minute walk from Sunday Walking Street. Nice pool, clean rooms, excellent ac, nice toiletries. Couldn't have been better. Breakfast is outstanding...sourdough, bacon, yum Staff are super helpful. Excellent English, helpful, provided good advice and when stored our lost luggage for 2 weeks when it was delivered from the airport after we'd left for the loop.

Well set in Chiang Mai, Eleven Pillar Site Chiangmai provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. The place was cozy, modern and tidy. The site was super great. Saw locals chilling in the cafe (was also the lobby of the hotel) felt great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really loved the experience here. Will choose this hotel again if I come back to Chiang Mai.
