Approachable Staff: Ms. Quan/Kwan and the other front desk personnel were friendly and approachable. Communication was made easier with the option of using Google Translate Audio. 7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services could be requested at the front desk or by simply turning on the housekeeping button in the suite door. The hotel has a warm feeling, room is clean. Despite being hard to find as I had to enter a complex building and take an elevator to reach to hotel, the location is convenient as it is close to convenient stores, restaurant and night market.

Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!
