The room is very clean, spacious and has a very comfortable bed. There even is a balcony. The beach is 5 mins walking distance and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Abusalama and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We could even call and order food which they made for us. Our breakfast was included and tasted delicious. And we even got a little christmas gift!

Lovely property to stay. Close to beach and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights - comfortable spacious room. Wonderful Owner and caretaker went above and beyond to look after us and make sure they were on hand 24/7. Highly recommended stay in calengute . From UK .

Here staff priority is to make us comfortable, guidance to tourists. We enjoyed alot and took good photos with views under her guidance. The hospitality and love they shown on us makes the trip more memorable. Hotel was too clean, got very reasonable price with tasty food nearby. Facilities was too good. I will definitely suggest this to all review readers. It's better to stay in resort for 1 day and remaining days in this hotel as this is budget friendly.

We stayed there for almost a week and we enjoyed every bit of it. It was an amazing, comfortable stay. Home away from home. The host Lavino was always available for any needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was so soothing to sit on the swing with your cup of tea in the morning. Don't think twice...just go for it.

This was a new property here and we booked it. The interior of the Property was so good and lovely that you can stay there for months. its a huge and specious. gorgeous Villa it is. The care taker is so nice and caring. Calangute and baga beach are on walking distance and you dont need to take your vehicle for it.

Fantastic stay once again following our stay earlier in the year. Excellent hosts who go over and above expectations. Breakfast every morning was brilliant and plentiful. The apartment is spotless and spacious for us with our teenage Son. Thanks once again for a wonderful stay. 😀
