Me and my wife have stayed 4 nights at this agriturismo in May 20023 when Umbria is already green and beautiful but not filled up with hordes of tourists yet... Our host Luisa made our stay very comfortable and helped us in everything we needed. Grazie mille, Luisa, much appreciated!!! There are 12 apartments in total, most of them are on the ground floor with the direct access to the garden and the pool but 4 of them are on first floor (not very optimal in my opinion...) but with rather easy access by stairs. The swimming pool is big and meticulously maintained every morning. Whole terrain is very big and well taken care of. There is table tennis and some bikes for the use by the tenants. We liked it very much! The location is within short drive (15-20 min) to Bevagna, Assisi, Bettona, Spello and other charming little Umbrian towns. We would definitely want to come back again!

Fabulous breakfast, the cake with figs remains a pleasant memory. Welcoming hosts that make you feel part of the family. Quiet location, with all necessary facilities, children's playground, parking, swimming pool as an afternoon blessing after a hot summer day. Recommendations made by the lady of the house for local restaurants and festivals. A big plus in English conversations with Annarita, our host. In a word, thank you for the successful holiday thanks to Annarita and her husband Massimo.

Absolutely the best place where we stayed during our road trip in Italy! Facilities were perfect, better than expected and described. All buildings makes a lovely area in truly italy style what makes you feel like on real italy countryside estate. Rooms have private entrance and are located in couple separate buldings what give you a lot of privacy. We stayed in wee cottage where have been only 2 apartments. Pool is great and view on Umbria is amazing. Staff is very helpful and make you feel welcomed and atmospher is great. Food on breakfast and dinner were amazing and defenitily worth of price even could say they are underpriced. First we booked only one night as we planned to move to another place however we have been so impressed with this place and people so we decided to change plans and stayed for one more night. We only regret that we went there on the end of our stay in Italy so we couldn't stay longer. But for sure we will be back there one day!

We were accommodated in a clean, bright and new apartment on ground floor which was nice and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.

We had a splendid three days at this agriturismo in the lingering hills around Spello. The surrounding hills are great for a bit of hiking and running. We also liked the dog and kitten walking around the property! Our hosts were very helpful and prepared us breakfast every day.

A great accommodation. the room was a flat and was well equipped. The location is excellent being in the country about 10 minutes from Spello. The pool is excellent. Our room had a lovely patio out side for our personal use. the owners are very friendly
