What a nice surprise! A 7 minute walk from airport, but this is no airport hotel. It sits in the countryside with beautiful surroundings and a large crystal clear pool. The whole property was clean. The staff were excellent and professional. The restuarant is first class with its own pick you own wine cellar. The resturant draws in patrons from nearby small towns and is busy every night. I met owners on site. They employed local workers during COVID when no one was making money. They also raise miniature donkeys used for therapy programs.

Corte Viva is a wonderful, updated farmhouse with all of the amenities. Federico did a great job with the restoration, and has a gorgeous collection of old and new furnishings & art. It was a delight to stay there. The sun room area for breakfast was very enjoyable and complemented an excellent breakfast. The location is close to both Perugia and Assisi. Federico is a super host, very informative and helpful with suggestions of places to visit other than the most obvious attractions in the area - even suggesting a hot spring spa for us on our way to Siena. Brava!

Stefano, the host, is immensely kind and helpful. The apartment I had was spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. I stayed only one night, because I was catching an early flight from the nearby Perugia-Assisi airport. But it would have been a pleasure to stay longer. It would be a good “base” for exploring Perugia, Assisi, and many of the interesting nearby Umbrian hill towns. It’s a nice retreat after a day of travel to see nearby spots. Great value.

This location is absolutely stunning! We were so comfortable here. Our only regret is staying just one night! The host was wonderful and so kind to our family!

The apartment is spacious. Perfect parking inside the area. The surroundings of the accommodation have no attraction. It is an industrial area, not suitable to go for a walk, but it is still quite quiet and convenient to drive to nearby towns and places of interest. There is a very nice pizzeria within a ten minute walk. Pantarhei restaurant, take away pizza tasted real good.
