The breakfast was adequate and the Manager Roberto was friendly. He only spoke a little English, which is to be expected in a small Italian town. We liked this, as it gave us a chance to try out our Italian. The views of the from the room and balcony are outstanding! The bathroom and shower in room 3 are wonderfully spacious. We thought that that La Rocca offered a very good value for the money. Roberto was happy to make us reservations at the excellent restaurants. In mid April, the town of Montefalco seemed really quiet, especially at night.

Our host Angelo was spectacular...helpful, funny, generous and even drove us up to Montefalco to have dinner and drinks and picked us up! Breakfast each morning was a typical Italian mix of cakes and yogurts juices and great coffee ... great way to start the day....fabulous swimming pool...so close to Perugia, Assisi, Spolato, Spello and so much more...we loved our stay...rooms were clean beds comfy....whats not to like....it comes highly recommended from us and we will be back. Great value for €€$$

The location right in the heart of Montefalco can't be better. The premium room was very nice, spacious and well refined. View on the small plaza just aside of the hotel. Very efficient air conditioning. Great space outside with Jacuzzi and beds to relax in the sun of the terrace while overlooking the entire territory from the top of Montefalco. Service and people were great, always friendly and smiling and able to fulfil any need at request.

Most of all - the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of Andrea and Carolina!! They are always so cheerful and always attentive to our needs. The apartment was super comfortable for us to spend our four days just outside Montefalco. Wonderful views from the apartment. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with Carolina’s pastries the best! Their on site alimentari very convenient and their made-on-site pork products excellent!

The proprietor, Fabulous Fabio, and his wife were superb and delightful hosts. They attended meticulously to my every need,. They ensured I saw the best of beautiful Montefalco, and introduced me to the best restaurant on the square in this historic town. So I enjoyed a delicious gourmet supper, and the next day, after a comfortable and quiet night's sleep, and a good breakfast, I left Italy with very happy memories.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Eden! You can tell the host really cares about her guests’ experience by paying attention to every last little detail. She was waiting for us upon arrival, and welcomed our two small dogs with a dog bed and water/food bowl - so sweet! The structure was closer to Montefalco than we had expected, and the view from the garden is beautiful! We will DEFINITELY come back!

Really lovely agriturismo run by a nice family. Spacious comfortable apartment with a shared terrace and views across the countryside. Lots of outdoor space and the pool to enjoy. Rural setting so nice and quiet. Short drive into Montefalco and easy to other lovely hilltop towns around. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice people - wish we'd stayed a bit longer.

Beautifully constructed with the newest facilities. The kitchen had a wonderful array of food for breakfast with a great cappuccino machine. it was located a few minutes from Montefalco where we spent most of our time. it was also very close to the freeway from Perugia to Spoleto making Assisi, Spello, Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno very accessible.

We LOVED everything!! beautiful apt. with comfortable beds, pillows. a Great Kitchen even though we didn't use ..too many WONDERFUL restaurants in Montefalco including this B&B famous dining L'Alchimista is a MUST dine at experience!!

Very close to Montefalco, small village with a lot of restaurants. Neighbourhood is beautiful: hills with vineyards close by and mountain tops behing them. Ideally for wine tourism: we visited some wineries for the lovely sagrantino wines.

Absolutely everything! The staff are phenomenal, the property and grounds are stunning. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony view overlooking the courtyard, fish pond, gardens and Umbria countryside is a sweet dream.

Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The beautiful town of Montefalco is very close by. and many other interesting towns are easily reachable. Luciano and Anna are delightful, and extremely helpful.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment, easy walking distance into Montefalco. Wonderful welcome from Nonna Anna, who showed us the accommodation and provided lovely biscuits. Superb views and very peaceful.
