מלון הבוטיק ארקטיק לייט (Arctic Light Hotel) נמצא במרחק של 8 ק"מ משדה התעופה של רובניימי (Rovaniemi) ומכפרו של סנטה קלאוס (Santa Claus Village). The breakfast was copious, varied and utterly delicious. We could have sat over it all day. Definitely a highlight. We also thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant, which had a very nice children’s menu as well. The stay was completed by the delightful receptionist Max, and his colleagues, who could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Santa Claus Holiday Village is located at the heart of Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle, 8 km north of Rovaniemi. Santa Claus Holiday Village offers three different types of accommodation. The breakfast was great, but the breakfast buffet should last a little longer since the apartments are pretty far away.

מלון לפלנד סקיי אונאסוארה (Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara) הממוקם ממש ליד מרכז ספורט החורף אונסברה (Ounasvaara) על אונסברה פל (Ounasvaara Fell), מציע מסעדה, טרסת גג עם נוף לעיר רובניימי (Rovaniemi)... the private sauna, room layouts were fantastic. we had the 2 bedroom sauna suite for 2 adults and 3 kids. worked out perfectly. the hotel lobby is lovely and has great bar food- mushroom cheese sandwich, chicken baskets, chicken Caesar and also reindeer sandwich. We had dinner in the lobby 2 nights as all the sandwiches were around 10€. restaurant upstairs was 19-38€ per main. breakfast was included and beautiful. peaceful looking out the snow covered trees. there isn’t a thing we would have changed. we have traveled all over the world in luxury and this hotel we would return to in a heart beat! We booked a year in advanced. didn’t rent a car, used taxis and tour shuttles and was super easy!

Top Star Saariselkä - Arctic Glass Cubes is located in Saariselkä on the slope of Kaunispää fell. This 4-star hotel offers ski-to-door access. It had a beautiful view, halfway up the mountain and ski slopes. It was equipped with everything for a nice night in cooking. Spotless and comfortable.

Nordica Design Residence Rovaniemi is located in the centre of Rovaniemi within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and popular bars. Santa Claus Village - Main Post Office is 7 km away. The room was bigger than expected, and very well appointed. It is on the edge of the town centre, which is just a few minutes walk away.

Featuring apartments with private saunas, this accommodation is situated in different locations in Rovaniemi. Free parking can be arranged. The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Fabulous location in centre of town. Easy to gain access and staff promptly answered messages. Told us we would be able to see the northern lights from the balcony and YES we were lucky enough to see them on our first night! Tip saved us $s by not booking tour to search for the lights. After a month in Nordic apartments and hotels, the best towels ever - large, thick and absorbent. Things like this make a difference!
