Salvatore was great, he realized we had two big luggages so he upgraded us to an available bigger suite for free so we could be more comfortable. The rooms are really clean and modern. We loved to stay here, one of our best stays in Brazil. We read some other reviews about noise being an issue but we sleep very well and the only noise I heard was my wife snoring.
