It's an amazing house, that has been wonderfully restored and maintained. The garden, in particular, is spectacular. Szilvia has done a brilliant job and is a fantastic host. Highly recommended

Very clean, great location - easy walk to everything The Staff is amazing - so very helpful and kind. I had many travel woes before arriving and they were incredibly accommodating helping me sort things , find things and feel safe and relaxed in Zanzibar Kitchen access if needed :)

This guesthouse has character. It is not terribly expensive and it has a nice rooftop with ocean views on two sides. There are many interesting things about it. From the many photos on the walls of revolutionaries or the walls made of glass bottles in the bathrooms. If you are used to 5 star accommodation then this is probably not for you. If you like a place with character for a reasonable price then check it out. Don't hesitate to ask David for any assistance.

Location, very close to the Old Slave Market. Easy to reach any point of interest. Very nice and friendly staff. Helpful.

The Ambience, Staff, Cleanliness, location Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make comfort Both Anna and Hamisa were very helpful Breakfast isn't included however the host Nashu provided Bread and eggs and you can make your own tea so it was lovely 😍

Deserves a much higher rating on Booking. Lovely and welcoming staff. The owner is very responsive. Location is right in the heart of Stonetown, so it’s easy to walk everywhere, but still quiet. Large rooms and private bathroom was clean with hot water. Excellent value for money. The owner kindly arranged a very early morning taxi and checked if everything was going well. A very caring man. I would definitely stay here again. Google maps has it in the wrong place, so you need to head for the Hindu temple or Secret Garden.
