the property was spacious and clean, the family who runs it were incredibly kind and generous. there are four units in the building, and it is on a quiet corner of the beach. you can have your feet in the sea in about 20 steps, and the water is calm most afternoons. there are many places to eat and get coffee in the small seaside village of Komi, and it is a perfect location for exploring the southern half of the island. we went for a week long writing retreat and did almost no writing because we loved Chios and Komi so much. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the sea and it was pleasant to spend time at the beach bar. three families had a great time.
