I recently had the pleasure of renting this amazing house and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by how well-equipped the house was, especially the kitchen with its modern appliances, washing machine, and dryer. Everything was spotless, making it clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The responsiveness of the management team was outstanding; they promptly addressed every request I had, ensuring my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Location-wise, this house is a gem. It's conveniently situated, with easy access to amenities and attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. And let's talk about the backyard – it's a dream! Spacious, beautifully landscaped, with multiple seating areas, a cozy fireplace, and a BBQ setup. It's the perfect spot for entertaining guests or simply unwinding after a long day. Added bonus: private parking, making coming and going a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and inviting home away from home.

The property was very clean. I liked the minimalist decor. The house offered a lot of privacy since it was fenced off with beautiful landscaping. The Traeger BBQ was a great to have. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and pool. The pool was not heated, although I could have paid extra to heat it, so no fault on the owner and we used the pool anyway. It was really nice to have 3 bathrooms; 2 had showers; for the 6 of us it was enough. It was nice to have plenty of towels. Shampoo and conditioner, and body soap was available. The beds were comfortable. I slept well. There were extra pillows, blankets and other linens. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. Loved that we could bring our dog. The Tesla charger was convenient. There were TVs in every room and one outside. Although I a don’t watch very much TV, they are great additions to the house. They walk-in closet (room really) was a nice bonus too. The neighborhood felt very safe. Grocery stores were close. Westfield Topanga shopping was not very far. There were also a lot of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from if cooking isn’t your thing. Would absolutely stay again since we might be in the area again. I really enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely responsive.
