A beautiful house in a small village location , very pleasant and helpful owners . Very large ensuite room . It was very hot when we were there and we had a Lovely breakfast in the garden . Hoping to stay there again next time we are in the area .

It is a two rooms property for two grown up couples. Very neat with a speacious bathroom and joint use of dinning area. The accomodation has a fairly big outside swimming pool and a jacuzzi insajd a shed close to the pool. The owner is a very nice woman who is preparing every morning very lavish, tasty and different breakfasts using home ingredients. The place is peaceful ,situated in beautiful nature with plenty of possibilities for outdoor activities and close to many historycal towns in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France. Good wifi.

We had a great stay at Le 39 bis. It was the second time for us. It's really tranquil and perfect for a relaxing weekend. You can do many outdoor activties like hiking nearby, e.g. in the Hautes Vagnes but there are also beautiful towns for example Spa (7 min drive) or Eupen and Malmedy. The gite is perfect and equipped with anything you need. Big recommendation!

This beautiful apartment invites you to relax and to come down. Beyond the hustle and bustle, is this so a quiet and peaceful place, where also the singing of the birds makes you happy. 😀👌 The loving design tells you again and again: live and enjoy every moment! 🌈💖 The warm welcome is special! The table was laid invitingly and Fabienne's warmth did me good after the long journey. She makes you feel at home!!! Here you have everything you need for a comfortable holiday! Whether fondue, raclette, sandwich maker and more, the fireplace or the wonderfully comfortable bed... I am enthusiastic about the complete equipment, which leaves nothing to be desired. Just perfect in every sense !!! Once again a sincere thank you, dear Fabienne for the warm welcome and the so pleasant Stay! 💞 I will gladly come again!

Studio is in a magnificent location, the hosts were brilliant & Guy was friendly, attentive and evidently cares greatly about guests enjoying their stay. The studio was clean, spacious, well equipped and tastefully styled. Comfy bed, great shower and I found the WiFi stable throughout

The house is situated in a lovely location in the picturesque village of Sart, close to one of the best hiking trails of the area, the Hoegne. The family that rents the room creates a very friendly and welcoming environment making sure you have all the comforts you need. Our hostess willingly answered all our questions regarding the hiking options in the area and also gave us useful recommendations on places to visit nearby. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!!

The location was perfect for hiking and mountain biking. The house is on a smaller road, so you can't hear traffic. Great back yard and a nice patio relax at if the weather is nice. I liked the large dining and living room areas that were open concept. Made hanging out with a lot of people easy.
