We absolutely loved staying at Rancho Tranquillo. It is right across the lake so you can enjoy swimming and the sunsets. Daniella & Tony are very welcoming and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast made by Daniella. Their property is also so great, there are all types of animals running around and you can pick fresh mangoes from their mango tree. They were also kind enough to let us leave some of our luggage so that we could rent a scooter more easily and travel around the island.

Nastanitev La Urraca Loca Hostel je v mestu Balgue in ima vrt, teraso ter bar, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. like a small little nature sanctuary, lots of plants, buildings are nestled into the trees.

Nastanitev Raindance se nahaja v mestu Santa Cruz, 19 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Playa de Santo Domingo in 9,4 km od znamenitosti vulkan Maderas, ter ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt, bar in brezplačen... Out of all my years travelling, I’ve never found somewhere that has ticked literally every box. It’s so clear that the owners have spent many years backpacking as everything has been thought of from a back packers perspective. As well as amenities, the vibe is so goooood. The chilled nights are chilled and the party nights are banging. The music and food, the staff, the location, everything! Thank you soooo much to Charlie, Styx and the gang for looking after me and attending to my every need. I’m so gutted I had to eventually leave. Love and appreciate you guys! May we meet again! I reccomend rain dance to everyone.

Coco's Hostel is immaculately clean, with a pleasant central garden area tended with care and hung with colorful hammocks. Mayela, the owner, is delightful and does her best to make the guest feel welcome. This is my "go to" place when I am in Moyogalpa.

Great location 10 minutes walk into Moyogalpa. Lorena and Martín were very welcoming and helpful. Arranged a scooter for me. Lovely patio with chairs and hammocks.

Nastanitev Hostel Santa Cruz Ometepe se nahaja v mestu Altagracia, 14 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Playa de Santo Domingo, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, skupni prostor za druženje... Nice room, nice view, quite and a lot of space.

Nastanitev Sophie House s 3 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Moyogalpa in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. Hostel ponuja brezplačen WiFi in brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. It’s a bit aside from the port city Moyogalpa, so it’s very calm and almost no cars and people here, but still easy to reach by foot from the Centre (15 min walk). It has breakfast included and it’s home cooked food by the family. My room was very spacious, with 1 double and 1 single bed. They had outlets outside and inside, so i could work online here. Ask for both WiFi passwords! The host family was very nice and always tried to help, like when I needed a dentist they found a number. They don’t speak English (as most locals here) but with my broken Spanish and google translate we always understood each other. You can also ask them about the laundry option. Thanks for hosting me!

This is a small family based hostel on only 2,5 KM from Altagracia. Surrounded by nature and close to Ogo de Agua, Altagracia, Vulcano Conseption and many more. Guest can enjoy the on-site bar. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very kind and helpful.

Nastanitev El Pital, Chocolate Paradise se nahaja v mestu Balgue in ima vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso ter bar. Location, lake was lovely. Staff! Angal at front desk, Allan at cafe and Marie-lee… the staff at a whole were amazing but certainly made some lovely connections.

El Zopilote Permaculture Farm/hostel is a backpackers hostel and a permaculture farm at the same time. We offer various types of hospitality like private rooms, dormitories, camping areas and... everything, was one of my favorite life experience <3
