Set in Koh Mook, 400 metres from Hua Laem Prao Beach, Koh Mook Hostel offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. It's the only hostel on the island, and luckily it's perfect! The owner and his family are always very kind, friendly and helpful. He can help also with buying boat tickets. Excellent location, calm and quiet, in the small village near the pier, close to everything (restaurants, bars, minimarkets). There are 3 dorms, one cheaper with fans, the other with AC. I was in the cheap one, which has 3 large bunk beds, without curtains, but each bed has its own light and socket. Plenty of space in the room, lockers available outside the dorm. Super clean rooms, shared bathrooms and common areas. Space in the courtyard to hang and dry wet clothes. The wifi isn't the strongest, but it works enough. A great, tasty and fresh breakfast is included, in the restaurant opposite the hostel, run by the same family. You can choose between 10 different options every day. Free coffee and cookies are available in the hostel all day long, and, more important, also refillable water, so you can avoid buying plastic bottles. There is also a very useful fridge for guests. Not only I extendend my first stay, but I also came back a second time.

Set 800 metres from Trang Clock Tower in Trang, THE TREE Sleep and Space welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. I really thought is a wonderful stay in every way. The sisters that run the place were knowledgeable and able to help me with all of the things I asked about as well as give recommendations. For some reason, there were very few people there in the dorms during my stay so I felt like I had the place to myself. It was really hard to place why but I really liked the place. I was looking for a simple place to relax for a few days and catch up on things and plan ahead and that's exactly what I got there :) Great value for the money in my opinion and I would definitely stay there again. I even extended my stay while there.

Located within a 10-minute walk from Trang Walking Street, Nokhook House offers comfortable air-conditioned private and dormitory rooms. It also offers free WiFi in all rooms and free parking. Great value! Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable rooms in Trang. The a/c is good. Good location near night market & walking distance to train station. I stayed in the twin room. The double rooms are in adjacent building & provide a little more privacy. The owner lives in the building. Nice art deco. Breakfast good. Eggs, bread, coffee, etc. Water & fresh towels provided daily. English isn't the best here but good enough. They also helped to arrange day tour to Trang islands (Emerald cave, Ngai, etc.) For price, can't beat it.

Set in Trang, 600 metres from Trang Railway Station, 2B Cozy Hostel ตรัง offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This property is a hidden gem. I loved my one night stay here as I was passing from Langkawi to Koh Lanta via Trang and I loved it. Very peaceful, clean room and strong air conditioning. The lady at the reception even helped me pay the Grab driver for the food while I did not have the change. Thank you so much. The bus stop is bit far but you can grab it.
