La cabaña amarilla super amplia y cómoda para cuatro o cinco personas pero cuenta con un solo baño completo en planta alta. Excelente sistema de calefacción y agua caliente. La seguridad del predio es muy buena, con cercos y portón eléctrico. La atención del casero excelente y esta presente ante cualquier eventualidad. El barrio esta bueno, excelente ubucación si se cuenta con vehículo, a pocos metros del Lago Gutierrez, y queda muy cerca de Arelauquen Golf & Country. Algunas ventanas tenían mosquitero lo cual sumó a la sensación de seguridad respecto a los insectos y aves. Ya que pudimos dejar esas ventanas abiertas con tranquilidad y de hecho en una semana de estadía vimos un solo bichito. Buena cantidad de vajilla. El parque es muy arbolado, tiene hamacas y tobogan para que los niños se entretengan. Cuenta con parilla propia y mesa exterior para asado y desayunos. También tiene un living estilo acapulco en el parque para tomar unos ricos mates al sol.
