Faltaban reposeras en la piscina
clean and spacious room, nice hotel restaurant
swimming poll has no shower and water looked a bit dirty
We travelled with our 20 -year-old daughter. We had a suite which was very nice so she essentially has her own bedroom. Also I like to put travertine in the bathroom.
There was nothing I really didn't like. I wish there were eggs for breakfast. In addition the hotel was a bit of a walk but not too bad to the city center.
Service for food and in general was very slow. We waited for 2 hours or more whenever we ordered food. Very annoying and, for a 4 star hotel, good service is the very least you expect. In that respect it was a big waste of money.
The front desk staffs were extremely cordial.
Breakfast menu is limited to few items and runs out fast. A separate Concierge desk may help to reduce the work load of Front desk and tourists / guests will be benefited as well.
Reception staff were excellent and were so helpful with every question we had especially since I speak english. They helped with directions and maps. The waiters in the restaurant were also very polite and courteous. The pillows and the bed are so comfortable. I like the fact that there is a mimosa option for breakfast.
I work as an assistant housekeeper on board Seabourn Cruise line so cleanliness and details catch my eye very quickly. We stayed in room 110 and it was not kept up at a standard I expected especially after dealing with such a well trained reception. The set up and cleanliness from the stewardess needs some attention. There was no room service menu in the room when we arrived. The pen in the room was just a plastic shell, there was no refill of ink inside. There was no plug by the bath so I could only take a shower, I had to find the stewardess and ask for a plug so I can take a bath. There was also only one towel set up in the bathroom which means the other was forgotten. In the kitchenette there was only one glass for both of us to use so I'm guessing the other was not replaced. As for cleanliness, the bathroom needs attention. The floor was sticky and the toilet lid was green at the bottom and that looks like a build up of chemicals that has not been cleaned for a while. There was also hair in the bath which had not been cleaned after previous guests. I believe the stewardess should report any maintenance issues that need attention, needless to say that my partner had to fix the toilet flush himself. The light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work. I also believe that there should be a plastic liner in the bathroom garbage bin to make the removal of trash more hygienic. Having to pay for parking is not very welcoming and the wifi keeps cutting off. It would be nice if the whirlpool by the swimming pool was working. I am sorry if I sound negative, it is just my job to see these defects so when I stay at a hotel I cannot help but notice them. We did enjoy our stay at the Mod though.
Breakfast menu was very poor and very basic choices. The restaurant menu was sumerized in less than 8 main courses and the room service was as slow as a snail.
Hotel was nice, staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with bubbles - only in Mendoza! Also a good selection of fruits and pastries, but limited selection of cereals.
The hotel is a 15 min walk to main square and 30 min walk to the restaurant & bar scene. The area around the hotel is a bit grimy.
Big rooms, complimentary sparkling wine in breakfast, very helpfull and friendly staff
Swimming pool not well maintained! Jacuzzi not working. A pitty since it looks like its a nice pool
I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and you can walk to all of the shopping. The rooms are very pretty, central a/c and heat, modern, great views. The restaurant has great food and the service is exceptional. One waiter named Mario really surprised us. He spoke English perfectly and gave great service, which is NOT typical in Argentina.
crowded underground parking masseuse not readily available
Excellent hotel with great staff
Noisy neighbours knocking on the inter room door.
I appreciate the fact that while my bus was delayed, i was not changed for my missed day. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and will certainely stay there again when I return to Mendoza!
Good value for money. Large rooms, Good wifi. Very helpful staf. Decent breakfast. Within walking distance all the main attractions.
They can improve on their business centre to assist guests to print boarding tickets, etc.

Room was not clean ,Roma are really diffarent than pictures on internet ,pillows not comfortable ,curtains are so dirty room not looks so fresh ,neighbourhood not nice u dont feel safe afternoons .It s not like a 4 stars hotel never recomend anybody
We were happily surprised about the excellent atmosphere, both architecturally and humanly speaking. We got two rooms, one was a family suite with two bedrooms, both super spacious, and a second room for our couple with tow double beds (they didn´t have one with a king size bed at the moment). Breakfast was fair. We had one turn at the jacuzzi room, which was a very private, one hour session, with sauna and showers for one party at a time. The water was changed after every use.Overall super recommendable, a hotel that meets international standards-
The breakfast was disappointing.
helpfull staff huge room big in- room safe free internet good restaurant breakfast was ok (enough choice and good quality products) hotel is located nearby the city center hotel is on the pick up list of tour operators
lounge music during dinner (non stop 1 evening)
Beds were good. Air conditioning worked. Breakfast was OK. Location needs to be cleaned up. Wi fi was poor in the room. A lots of the hotels advertise free wifi in the rooms however it always is very weak and they always seem to have an excuse. What they really need are perhaps stronger routers. We were told not to walk around outside at night which tells me the area is unsafe.
Didn't like the fact that the hotel was in an unsafe area. Wi fi service not good. Coffee absolutely terrible.
It had a great business center and the wifi was strong throughout. The onsite parking was convenient. Breakfast had a lot of options as well.
It was a little expensive for the value. Also, the pool area was tiny and misleading from the pictures but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was a little wornout and not as clean as I would have hoped.
Likes the proximity to the bus station. It was about a $3 can ride. It was also only a ten or fifteen minute walk downtown to the stores and restaurants. The breakfast was really nice and the property was clean and nicely decorated.
I thought the front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly. It was uncomfortable asking them any questions. They seemed annoyed to talk to you.
needs updated decor
Good hotel for price Pleasant helpful staffs effort diminished by small minded owner...see below
Owner lives on 7th floor and had a party and guests that enjoyed themselves until 3 am at the expense of other guests in the hotel.several requests to keep it down were ignored resulting in a poor nights sleep for many guests. The owners arrogance and selfishness is unforgiveable
The room had a separate bedroom, bar sink, microwave and small fridge and dining table. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning. We were able to check in early.
The location was far from city center of activity. We had challenges working with the staff in regards to helping us book dinner reservations and wine tour.
