It includes 2 bedrooms. There is no dedicated living room but there is a seating area in one of the rooms. The kitchen provides all necessities for cooking including stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and others. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a toilet. Windows are facing the quiet yard. There is a Patio for smoking that can be accessed from the bedroom. The building offers bicycle parking in the yard. Guest Access: The building is in an acceptable condition but is in a perfect location. The apartment is few steps below the ground level but the windows are big and lots of light comes in. Because of the patio, insects can get into the apartment. In the summer you might see ants even with our care. Washing machine can be used from 6AM to 10PM everyday however not on legal holidays and Sundays.

The Donaukanal is nearby and within walking distance. The U3 subway station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz is only a 4-minute walk away, and with the U3 line, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes. Rabenhof Theater is also just a five-minute walk away. Landstraße Wien Mitte is only two stations away by metro. In Landstraße, there is a shopping mall called "The Mall," and you can also take the train directly to the city airport. Additionally, there are several grocery stores in the vicinity, including a "BILLA," where you can find all your necessities. From local Viennese restaurants to cultural eateries from around the world, there is a variety of dining options available.
