large one bed apartment which was very quiet. had comfortable beds and was very well equipped. staff were very pleasant and helpful.

one of the car parks is some distance from the hotel up a steep hill.

Location - right in the middle of Bad Gastien with fantastic views of the mountains Apartment - views, balcony, large and fresh Facilities - pools and bowling

The only problem is the WIFI. You need to purchase it every day for 5 euro's and it is only good for 2 devices and you can't switch between devices.

Lovely family hotel with playground, pool, and bowling alley in a picturesque mountain town. Spacious one bedroom apartment with two proper twin beds (in wall style) instead of a fold out couch, small but equipped kitchen and nice patio. Quite a good breakfast buffet.

Initially staff at front desk were pretty abrupt and unfriendly. However later in the evening the same people were extremely helpful with information about the area and gave us late checkout. The restaurant is good but has a limited menu.

We are revolving guests since we like the city and the area, especially the sky facilities.

At this occasion our room had been under the restaurant so from morning hours the rubbing of the chairs' legs produced a permanent very disturbing noise. I asked for another room but no free option for us. Also another night the music from the bar had been very laud till late night. Sorry for the comment but we wanted to have relaxing week in a relative quiet room after a sporty days.

great facilities, pool was great, Gym was good, but could considering adding dumbbells.

location, the hotel has not arranged any transportation to the lifts. walking 500m up-hill with kids is not fun. with small kids I would consider something closer to the lifts in this location.

    Very nice, spacious family apartment.

Very poor internet @room, even though extra paid (5€ day, 25€ week). Quite unusual as for 4* star hotel..

Parking for the cars is not convenient at all and you will need the car as the ski bus stop is quite far away (especially if you are with young kids).

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly, professional staff. The evening restaurant buffet was of good quality and reasonable value. We used the swimming pool and spa daily. These were good quality and well maintained.

The very steep hill up to the ski centre. It would be almost impossible to walk in ski boots with kids and/or equipment. We had to leave skis and boots by the ski lift for which there was an additional daily charge (whilst the hotel says it has courtesy spots reserved for guests note this only applies to private equipment [ie not rental] and only if they have availability….not easy during half term week!)

    Very comfortable two-leveled

On the way to ski lifts one has to walk to a steep hill, which is uneasy with small children

Great facilities and a lovely bistro restaurant.

Bed was too hard for me. Very steep walk up to the main gondola station.

We stayed at this hotel several times and always had a good time. We plan to go back again. The swimming pool and spa area is great. I particularly like that you can walk from your hotel room to the spa wearing a bath robe. The spa attendant was particularly helpful and enthusiastic and highly motivated. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the skihill. However, it is painful to walk to the ski lift with children. I drove the skiing equipment to the ski lift by car early in the morning and walked back to the hotel to pick up the children. This is a good solution for those who are traveling by car.

I have some constructive suggestions, but this should not be taken as a criticism. The sauna is getting tight when the hotel is full. It would be useful to expand it with a second sauna. Some guests have abused the spa towels which is hard to accept for other environmentally conscientious guests. I recommend to put large and visible sign in the sauna to educate guests on how to use spa towel. I like the sign at the swimming pool showing to take a shower first. The sauna should have a similar size sign with a picture showing (1) you have to use towel under your feet in the sauna (2) use only one towel per guest. Some times it was hard to find a parking spot at Bellvue Alm.

Staff very friendly and professional at all times. Hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, and the food was very good.

Ski lift is far more than a 'stone's throw' from the hotel, more like a good 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Parking is also quite a walk from the hotel.
