Rooms Staff Location
Breakfast a little expensive (17€ p day)
The room ,rich and various breakfast , wi-fi , private parking.
With the price for parking and for breakfast almost was doubled the price of the room.
The location of the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are clean, well-proportioned and quiet. The hotel is located just behind the main shopping district and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. It's a great place to stay at, if you get good rates.
Even though we had paid for the room in advance, the hotel issued multiple authorization-hold requests on my card for incidental expenses. We were woken up in the middle of the night with alerts from my bank. While the folks at the front desk deleted these transactions eventually, this was an unnecessary annoyance that could've been avoided. If you have paid for the room upfront, make sure that they don't issue these pre-authorization requests on your card!
A very nice hotel, excellent location, spacious room.
We were surprised to find out there was no a wardrobe closet in the room - just some hangers on the wall and two wooden boxes. We were staying only three nights, so it was not so important, but generally, it is not a good idea.
The location is excellent.
Breakfast at 17€ per person is exaggerated. We found some nice places close by where we could get an excellent breakfast for 5-8 € per person.
- Great buffet breakfast with hot and cold options. - Round the corner from the high street (Landstraße). - Very clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff.
- Mediocre fitness facilities, no pool. - Card-operated elevators were a little finicky sometimes...
- it's central location - welcoming staff and lovely lobby decorated for Christmas - very silent rooms, did not hear any of our neighbour or people walking in the corridors - 24/7 reception which is great when your flight is early morning! - restricted access to floors (you need your room card)
- Very high temperature in the corridors. - the shower head was falling down constantly forcing us to hold it while having a shower - it is also slightly dismanteling itself from the wall (nothing drastic though as we still enjoyed the italian shower!)
Parking is not free!
comfortable, nice and clean and very central. a (paid) parking underneath.
Parking, if not free could be a bit cheaper, especially given that it is a public garage and a spot is not guaranteed. Breakfast seems rather expensive, so we didn't take it.
the room space, the wonfrrful window, the confort in the roomi, the absence of noise, very good
it could be most appreciated to have normal soap and bigger bath towels
I really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn. It is located in the heart of the city, convenient for shopping, sight seeing and enjoying the local restaurants. The hotel is run extremely well and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend a stay at Park Inn.
Location, comfort of room, Wifi,
Staff couldn't find my reservation so check-in took longer than it should
Very nice modern hotel in the centre. Breakfast was ok, room clean, cosy and functional.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated.
Good location, right in the city centre, large breakfast buffet, fast check-in & -out. Spacious room with large bathroom.
Staff was bery helpful
Our room was very large and spacious with a whole wall of windows with double glazing. The furnishings were modern/contemporary and functional. There was a lack of storage with no cupboards but just hooks on the wall to hang clothes. However they provided excellent coat hangers and it wasn't a problem. Staff were very obliging and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful. There was a nice lobby bar for snacks and drinks. A short walk from the city centre.
The lack of continuous hot water which made shower time quite uncomfortable. However when the staff were made aware of this problem they tried their best to solve the problem. The TV screen was on the small side for the size of the room. Breakfast coffee wasn't always the best.
Location right in the centre. Easy parking, easy to drive to. Modern room with great facilities.
Great hotel, friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean.
Good location in Linz (central): you are in a few minutes walfk in city center Room is fully equiped and standard business comfort (no bad surprise) Good Fitness room Breakfast buffet is complete.
Parking is practical but expensive Breakfast room is quite full in the morning ( maybe too small for the size of the hotel)
Location is good. Public garage underneath where bikes can be stored. Breakfast good.
Minimalist room. No wardrobes or drawers. A few storage cubes but everything on show. Only one comfotable chair in a double room. Leaves one feeling that you're camping in an unfinished room!
Very comfortable room with large space. Breakfast is good.
No refridgerator to store cold drink.
Great hotel in excellent location!
Nice and modern deco rooms, central location, good restaurant
Location, Parkin spots
Lack of frige in room, breakfast
Our room had more space than we needed. The breakfast had lots of variety. I was able to use a computer in the lobby to print Goggle Map directions. It was within walking distance of all the sights. Make sure you go to Postlingberg via the electric mountain train and have lunch there.
It was a business hotel that lacked Austrian charm. There was a nice park right across the street from the front door but homeless youth with dogs were hanging out there.
