Good location, right in the city centre, large breakfast buffet, fast check-in & -out. Spacious room with large bathroom.
Staff was bery helpful
Our room was very large and spacious with a whole wall of windows with double glazing. The furnishings were modern/contemporary and functional. There was a lack of storage with no cupboards but just hooks on the wall to hang clothes. However they provided excellent coat hangers and it wasn't a problem. Staff were very obliging and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful. There was a nice lobby bar for snacks and drinks. A short walk from the city centre.
The lack of continuous hot water which made shower time quite uncomfortable. However when the staff were made aware of this problem they tried their best to solve the problem. The TV screen was on the small side for the size of the room. Breakfast coffee wasn't always the best.
Location right in the centre. Easy parking, easy to drive to. Modern room with great facilities.
Great hotel, friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean.
Good location in Linz (central): you are in a few minutes walfk in city center Room is fully equiped and standard business comfort (no bad surprise) Good Fitness room Breakfast buffet is complete.
Parking is practical but expensive Breakfast room is quite full in the morning ( maybe too small for the size of the hotel)
Location is good. Public garage underneath where bikes can be stored. Breakfast good.
Minimalist room. No wardrobes or drawers. A few storage cubes but everything on show. Only one comfotable chair in a double room. Leaves one feeling that you're camping in an unfinished room!
Very comfortable room with large space. Breakfast is good.
No refridgerator to store cold drink.
Great hotel in excellent location!
Nice and modern deco rooms, central location, good restaurant
Location, Parkin spots
Lack of frige in room, breakfast
Our room had more space than we needed. The breakfast had lots of variety. I was able to use a computer in the lobby to print Goggle Map directions. It was within walking distance of all the sights. Make sure you go to Postlingberg via the electric mountain train and have lunch there.
It was a business hotel that lacked Austrian charm. There was a nice park right across the street from the front door but homeless youth with dogs were hanging out there.
Standard of the hotel room comparing to other Park inn braches we stayed in previously. Overpriced car park (€15/per 24h stay) and breakfast (€17 per person!) also poor management.
staff were unfriendly. sink was blocked for 2 days and we were fobbed off.
Overall nice hotel, value for Money, the balcony are huge, .
Good location, close to city centre
Location, comfortable and clean hotel. Good wifi and professional employees.
A shuttle service between Hotel and Airport would have made life easier. Currently we had to go to the railway station and catch a an hourly shuttle to airport.
staff, room, cleanliness
Our room was not offering a basic intimacy, due to a very closeness to the neighbors buildings. Basically we could see inside the neighbors apartments.
The Breakfast Staff and the Restaurant/Bar Staff were very friendly and accommodating at all times. The gym was adequate and a benefit even if small. The location made walking an easy and preferred option to most all venues.
An Evening Staff member told an expected courier that I was not a guest of the hotel and would not accept the bag being delivered in a less than professional attitude. It costs me not only a missed flight the next day but additional delivery expense. That is the first time I have ever had this occur as much as I travel and intend to write the head office.
Large room, nicely decorated. The room we got turned into the garden and was very quiet
Excessive parking costs. Receptionists did not offer any help regarding travel sites
No tea/coffee making facilities
Clean, well located.
No fridge or tea/coffee facilities. Needs more storage for clothes for more than a two night stay. Breakfast was average compared to some others we have stayed in.
Room was bright, and large enough.
Lack of an Ice Machine and coin laundry at the hotel and lack of a mini fridge in the room.
Clean, quiet. Comfortable beds.
Our second stay was in a room without a bath.
Wifi - perfect in the room. Room - big, pretty, comfortable, had everything needed inside, however no fridge and no coffee machine in the room, but had everything else. Bathroom: excellent. True four-star hotel. Location - absolutely excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends, and book again, if there is a reasonable price again (this room was at a discount).
The only real problem was the air condition - it was so weak, that it was too hot in the room. With the help of the friendly staff, we set it to lowest degree possible and at max power, and still the AC could not cool the room down. It was 34 C outside during the day and 29 at night, so windows had to be always shut and curtains always drawn. Someone from the staff used a vacuum cleaner in the next room at 9am in the morning, and this made noise. Even though I had put a "do not disturb" sign, and "do not clean room" sign on the door, someone from the staff unlocked the door from outside, and tried to get in without any knocking or checking first, while I was in. That was plain rude. The guy apologized, and closed the door, only when he understood that the door was locked with the latch on the inside (letting it open 10cm only). He was all so sorry, but still how can that even happen? Nevermind, the hotel is great despite all this.
