There are drawbacks, but they totally offset by the staff and the price.

If it was a little cleaner and not so chaotic, it would be great.

Staff was very nice. Room is not very small, Everything works well

The location is not very close to westbahnhof as I expected. The socket of plug was not enough.

Double room was very spacious, clean and lots of electrical outlets. It was a very hit night when I was there but the room had a portable fan and was quite pleasant.

Advertised WIFI was terrible, even when the hostel didn't have many people staying in. Overpriced for what you get

Location is a good point which is not really far from Westbahnhof station, maybe 10 minutes of walking. Reasonable price for Vienna. Basic hostel organisation for backpackers. For these want to have some fun and socialize at the hostel, they have an actively working bar at the ground floor. Terrace is another thumbs-up Wifi and hot shower worked well.

That "set up your own bed sheet" tradition is really awkward. I never understand such rudeness to customers, especially if you have a limited time in Vienna, you don't wanna waste it. Even rooms seemed clean, corridors and bathrooms was quite dirty. For first a few floors and their silence-expecting residents, noise of ground-floor bar might be a problem. Area is not the best place in Vienna.

the staffs are really nice. my friend had an issue with her baggage (she lost her lock's key) and the staff helped my friend with it gleefully (that's my impression though) and fast.

the place is actually quite far from Westbahnhof -or maybe we don't know if there is any short cut- we were a bit tired because of continuous travel so it was a tiring walk from the station.

They have everything you need when travelling.

The receptionists were "fairly" friendly. They pulled faces when they didn't understand what you wanted. I've seen better in other hostels...

Really awesome staff. Good bar scene.

Could use a bit improvement on the WiFi signal. Also, my room (for 6 people) had three electricity outlets in total, including one in the bathroom, one fixed to a fan, and the last right next to the door. If you can't live without your electronics, this is not the best place for you.

The staff was very friendly and informative, the hostel was well designed and comfortable. The bar was excellent especially in prices. They had dollar happy hour beers and other specials.

The breakfast (about 4 Euro) was better than all of the guesthouses I stayed at in Austria. The location was a short walk from the train systems. The staff at the desk was 100% friendly and helpful; they even called tour companies for me to let me know where to meet my tours. They provided a great map of Vienna and how to get around "as an alien." Our room had a power strip, but it was right by the bathroom.

The bathroom took on a urine smell (from the shower vent?)--we had to leave the vent fan on so it would not build up. We were next to some young girls who got drunk and kept us up--when they went out partying, and for a long time when they got back. The mattresses on the beds were pretty old.

Fun, always busy, excellent value for money,

Loud! It is far out of Vienna, once you have figured out how to use trams you should be okay.

Was a convenient location for tired travelers, although there was a bit of a walk from the train. (There is a tram that is convenient and should be noted) There is easy access to all the sights in Vienna. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The staff are great and patient, the breakfast and coffee is good. Our room was very clean and quiet. It was great that we could lock up our luggage although we arrived several hours before check-in.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, what else do you really need to spend a night? A welcome drink? You'll have it. I recommend.

A little bit far from the center
