A PERFECT STAY - Clarkes Beach Villa is a spacious self-contained house located directly opposite Clarkes Beach. It offers a private courtyard, a large balcony and BBQ facilities to enjoy. Main Beach is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Clarkes Beach Villa is only 5 minutes’ walk from a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants. Cape Byron Lighthouse and Byron Bay Golf Course are each within 5 minutes’ drive. The 3-bedroom house has an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony includes a sun lounger and outdoor setting. Laundry facilities are provided.

Clarkes Beach Villa is perfectly positioned directly opposite the beautiful Clarkes Beach and only a short 5 min walk into Byron Bay's shops and cafes. This is definitely the ultimate, hassle free holiday villa. Park your car and forget about it as all the important holiday items such as beach, shops, cafes and bars are all within a short leisurely stroll.....isn't that all you need for your holiday?? This 3 bedroom, double story villa is a perfect holiday choice. It offers a single lock up garage, private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a huge upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to capture the most of the beautiful sub tropical Byron climate. There are three bedrooms downstairs with the master Queen bedroom coming equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with a walk in robe. The other two bedroms have twin singles. A second bathroom with a bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
