The location was very central with easy walking to all major attractions.
Bedrooms on the small side
Location was great. Having the kitchen and laundry facilities is a definite bonus for long stays.
Only one aircon for a two bedroom unit that was placed in the kitchen living area so bedrooms got a bit warm.
Great location close to Central Market & Victoria Sq. Take the tram frm Vic Sq right across town or down to he beach at Glenelg- it's free most of the way. Apartments are big with all amenities. We arrived early after a night flight from KL, the girl on reception swoped bookings around so that we could go to room early. The small cafe by foyer is very good but closes at 3 in the afternoon.
They swipe your credit card for $50- in case of accidentals. There are several places you can eat & charge to your hotel room, it doesn't tell you that they charge 10% on top of you bill for doing so.
Noisy at times could hear next doors activities
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and well equipped and was very quiet at night. It was located a few blocks from the CBD which was within walking distance for us. Staff were very friendly and we would recommend this accommodation to our friends.
The apartments are central.
The airconditioning took a long time to reach the bedroom. It was hot during our visit and uncomfortably hot whist trying to sleep. The internal small bedroom was claustrophobic.
The location is fantastic with a Coles very close as well as the markets. The tram is only a short walk away. The staff were all very professional and friendly. It was clean and well set out. The kitchen was generally well stocked. The lounge area was comfortable and there was no noise from adjoining apartments.
The apartment was a little stuffy - it needs better airflow. There was a little bit of noise coming from street below but it could not be heard in the bedrooms. Could do with some Salt and Pepper sachets in the kitchen...we had to go and buy some.
Air conditioner only covered living area. Bedrooms stuffy and not ventilated.
The location was perfect for us. Apartment was clean. It was very quiet. It was nice to have a kitchen. Teapot was a bonus for our tea addict family.
The beds were uncomfortable. The receptionist who checked us in was most unfriendly. Like a robot. The others were lovely though, luckily.
The apartment was comfortable and very good location
The limited height for the parking area. We hired a MPV and had to be very careful when entering and leaving the parking area
Close to cafés and market. Walking distance to transport. Helpful staff.
No aircons or fans in bedrooms. Main bedroom had window into hallway outside and noise was very annoying. Could hear noise from other rooms including water pipes rattling. Tv reception not good on some channels.
Close to centre of Adelaide, good furnishings and location of bedroom away from street.
No air conditioning in bedroom.
Very close to everything and modern fit out. Staff helpful and very friendly. Clean and comfortable.
Hot and stuffy with no aircon
Would be great if you were visiting for the Festival or a few days. Great location, large living area with good kitchen facilities.
The second bedroom was a small box and without a fan was stuffy. Nowhere to put a suitcase. Will not return for those reasons.
Ideally position for city viewing
Only one tiny lift to accommodate all the apartments. Waite time was extensive at times.
location, location, location, building, apartment, amenities and independence, underground parking, staff.
the elevator breaking down (which was quickly repaired)
great location, very clean, fully equiped kitchen
Great location - walking distance to everything, and the Central Market just down the road. Great to have on-site parking too.
Location and parking facility.
lounge couch worn out and uncomfortable.
Spacious living / kitchen area with comfortable in uninspired furniture. Kitchen well equipped not only appliances (4 ring stove top oven microwave dishwasher double sink fridge freezer) but saucepans kettle toaster utensils glasses etc. Flat equipped so could make a long stay. Washing up liquid provided & tea coffee with some items in fridge to use if wanted such as small bottle wine, beer, cheese crackers. Bathroom had a reasonable shower - no bath - washer & separate dryer . Sink had no plug. Ample towels Bedroom faced internally & big bed but little room to access the big wardrobes. Room serviced daily except Sunday & it was well serviced WiFi worked well! Reception staff friendly & helpful but reception not 24 hours. Building seemed secure & short walk to supermarket or main shopping area. Immediate area is quiet offices. There is a café next to reception but I did not use & it opens only mornings.
Bed not particularly comfortable & that room only a bit cramped. Décor & furnishings grey & looking in need of update especially the corridors uninviting. As a leisure visitor thought a location towards north terrace area -river would be better but every where in Adelaide is walkable unless its hot.
Apartment was close to shopping and bus depot right in the middle of Adelaide.
Whilst there was aiconditioning in lounge on a hot night there is no airconditioning in bedrooms, quite stuffy.
Reception staff were always polite & helpfull. Location was okay 20 minute to my course venue. Apartment was always clean & tidy
Finding that items such as plugs for sinks are not left by sink areas but kept in specific places, same goes for toaster which should be in view on worktop area on arrival of guests.
