What's with the all glass bathroom wall and door with no blinds?
They gave us a room that met all our requirements
It was very close to everything and within walking distance to the city, Southbank and museum, library and art gallery. Good parking.
Pool was too small for the kids to swim in and lots of rules that pretty much didn't allow children to play in the pool. The table in our room 304 was really wobbly and made it impossible to sit and eat a meal. The air-conditioning on the 2nd day/night didn't work. Not really big apartments, compared to others we have stayed in.
Only negative point was the cleanliness of the pool

new, clear, nice kitchen with full kitchenware even a toaster, train view but silent with double glass window, I did not aware the train pass over
water drop from air con >.<, but they fixed after a few of days. kitchenware are a little bit old but still functionable,

I was in Brisbane for work last week and I thought that the apartments were, Clean, comfortable, great access to South Bank centre. Really friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant downstairs was a little disappointing.

Very noisy environment due to loud doors in building; impersonal athmosphere; early arrival parking fee before check-in time charged (before 2pm)
The apartment was well set out, it was clean with most things that you would require including glasses and kitchen items.it suited our requirements as we were attending a function at QPAC.
The staff did obviously not register our changed booking then were rather obstinate about providing the room as per the booking. Obviously a management problem .

It took far too long to check in. I waited 25mins behind one person - not satisfactory really.
We liked the design and size of the apartment, the location, the efficient staff, and considered it value for money.
There was nothing to dislike!
That as of today, 4 working days later, I still have not received my $100 back from the precharge for any extra things from the mini bar or whatever. Have received confirmation that there was nothing to be charged, but the money still has not been returned to me.

Put in the disabled room so we had no where to put our toiletries in the bathroom. No Vanity so everything had to be put on the floor.

Ideal location for QPAC, Brisbane convention & Entertainment Centre, Southbank, city and Gabba. Great Peel Street Kitchen next door with reciprocal benefits. 2 bedroom apartment had everything you wanted and despite being near rail was extremely quiet. Fantastic
The room was just what you would basically expect for the cost. Adequately clean and comfortable.
I checked in at around 8pm, travelling with a colleague. Despite the fact that we had ordered a room with twin beds, the bathroom had no privacy walls - just a glass partition, and we had to request a room change. The staff were extremely reluctant to deal with this, without charging us about 30% more for a room change. After discussing this for over half an hour, they finally agreed to provide a room with bathroom privacy, although a small additional charge was still levied for this. This whole situation was very disappointing, as we were travelling for business, with little time to spare for such mishaps, and had thought we had everything organised before leaving home. When booking a twin room such lack of bathroom privacy is information we would have appreciated beforehand so that we could book a different room, and I feel it should have been noted on their booking page. It would have been good if the staff had dealt with this situation more professionally and less cynically. I would not use this accommodation again as help from staff was quite poor.
