How accessible it was to everything
The staff in snack bar unfriendly
Clean rooms great staff and lovely breakfast
It was a long walk from my room to reception
Excelent place to stay
The pool and gym were out of order
We stay with you at least twice per year as I see my heart doctor . We have recommended it to a lot of other people traveling down from the coast as there is plenty to do good food and you don't have to spend have the night stuck in your room nice place to stay.
The smell coming out of the toilet in our room
The king size bed was great. The breakfast buffet in the coffee shop was fantastic.
The dinner buffet in the coffee shop, poor choice in salads and not much variety.
The front desk service was polite, very helpful. The room was lovely with a magnificent water view. Staff more than helpful in the bars and restaurants, definetly an award winning place.

The lovely view & everything was close.
I ordered room service & waited an hour & it never came. Called to re-order & still waited 40mins. I needed to take medication so this was a little inconvenient. I ordered at 6pm & didn't eat until 7.45.
Clean rooms. Nice large comfortable bed
The toilet made noises intermittently. The wifi was slow to the point you can't watch youtube.
Location and Staff friendliness on arrival were excellent. Concierge was excellent and very helpful.
Room was not cleaned very well on a daily basis and had some issue with a Chef when ordering take away. Had room service on our first night and it was cold on arrival. This needs to be looked at before I would entertain returning when next in Hobart.
Services at the restaurant
Swimming pool being closed
shower bit old
A Amazing lady from Reception was such a great help. I asked for an upgrade and she was so good doing this as the hotel was nearly full. Even came to our room with us to make sure it was okay.
There was nothing I could fault about our stay
View out of window.
stayed in water edge, room 222 has magnificent view, bed was comfy and wifi reception was good.
no lift access from carpark to hotel room; floor in hotel room wasnt vacuum properly.
I thought it was all good, great staff, food & a great view from my room !!!! Even when I left, front desk gentleman marked out a map for me to get to Devonport, now thats what I call service.
Couldn't find anything wrong !!!!!! LOL
From the moment we arrived at the entrance we were greeted by a valet who was charming, witty & well versed on what was in & around the local vicinity as well as the casino itself. The suite was magnificent, a radox spa eased the muscle tension from long hours sight seeing in the car & touring Port Arthur. Experiencing the gaming room for the first time was exciting - & I won! Breakfast in-room was hot & delicious. Great way to finish our business trip by extending 1 day to experience something we would not usually get to enjoy.
Having main course served whilst still eating entree in The Loft restaurant ensured our steak, chicken & vegetables were not very hot by the time we got to eat them. We considered sending them back to the kitchen to at least sit under the heating lights but as we were very tired & wanted the chance to experience the gaming room, we simply pretended we were at a very large family wedding where you never get the meal HOT. The trainee at reception really required someone with her instead of her having to excuse herself 4 times to ask questions of other staff who were talking at the other end of the reception desk & looked unprofessional.
