The only positive thing is the wireless internet connection for free! The price is also a plus and a simple breakfast is included. Unfortunately the room was not clean at all esp. when I moved my bed. I had a room on the front side and it was very noisy. Don´ expect too much from a 1 star hotel. This hotel is located in the middle of a moslim area so be careful if you are gay and walk alone at night. |

Good central location, only a few minutes from Grande Place and Midi or Central Rail stations. Good value for a city where hotel rooms can be expensive. 24 hour reception. Reception staff not overly friendly, breakfast very basic, but acceptable given good price of hotel. |

The location feels unsafe especially if carrying a laptop, a lot of street noise at night. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the television had only French or Dutch channels and was tiny. Hot ? Water only ever got to lukewarm and despite mentioning thus to the staff never improved for the entire week. Lovely bug trap in the corner added to the ambiance. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in and not cheap either. If Brussels wasn't so booked out I would have moved Hotels... |

The staff was ok and rather helpful but without a single smile. The hotel is really close to the center and is not expensive. The area is really dogdy! Luckily we didn't have any problems but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for (lonely) female travellers. The portion of the breakfast is very small, just like the rooms. :) It is really for budget travellers. |

Friendly, efficient staff. Good location adjacent to Annessens Metro stop. The room was, other than the residual smoke odour, spotless, though basic. Reasonable value for money - (basic) breakfast included. Very smoky room made it necessary to have windows open - with consequent noise early in the morning. A pity because the room was otherwise spotless, though basic, and with a very small shower/WC room. Breakfast was very basic. |

I guess the hotel was cheap and the location is fairly central, near the Eurostar terminal. The staff was helpful and friendly. The area is a bit rough, the hotel is very basic. Don't expect any luxury. |

Nothing. It's too bad to be true. At least the bathroom was clean. The size of the room, the view to ruins of buildings, the matress was terrible, everything smelled of cigarrette smoke and paint. I paid too much for this, 50 euros is too much for something which doesn't have quality. |

The price (inexpensive) and location (within walking distance of sites that interest me) in a "Place" (relatively quiet) just off a main, busy street (safe). Perfect. Although the main hotel areas are kept relatively clean, an off-the-beaten-path area, the stairway, was filthy. They must count on most visitors using the elevator. |

I found the area the hotel was located in not to be as described. It was rather threatening to walk the street at night as I had to do from the train station. |

The room was clean, staff at the reception was nice, only short walk from the Though central, it is quite a dodgy area with lots of people hanging around at night making noise and sometimes playing music. Not really suitable for women on their own. |

The rooms of this hotel are bigger than I expected. Room is good, also bathroom too. The hotel is short walk from station. There is convinience store near there.The staffs are very kind. |
