Martin’s Brugge is just behind the famous 13th-century Belfry and 185 yards from the Grote Markt. It has a terrace and a cocktail bar, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Hotel Koffieboontje can be found in the cultural heart of Bruges, near the Market Square. The hotel is in a calm, traffic-free street and has a terrace and a bistro.
Score from 1861 reviews Good
Acacia combines recreational facilities, cozy public areas and a terrace only 240 yards from the Market Square and the Belfry of Bruges.
Score from 1022 reviews Very good
location was brilliant, the greenery where we had breakfast was THE highlight of the stay, wifi connection was also good, parking facilities underground
no restaurant in the hotel itself, only a bar, loose toilet seat, very old-fashioned hotel, needs urgent updating, not complete control over the heating in the room, extra charges for parking in an already over-priced hotel
The Staff were fantastic, Rita the receptionist spent a long time giving recommendations of attractions which was most helpful. The hotel is old and would benefit from an update however it was spotless. The breakfast was nice typical continental so there was no cooked breakfast. The hotel was very quiet and is 10 minutes stroll to the main market square - I'd fully recommend this hotel
The Wifi wouldnt remember you so you had to keep logging in, The lack of a a decent shower.
Central location with easy parking in T'Zand
Expensive for what you get. No tea or coffee facilities in the room
Easy to access, large rooms.
There are bedbugs, which is a constant complaint, but nothing is done yet.
The only criticism was that although there was a shower attachment over the bath, there was no shower curtain, and it was a difficult to have shower.
Easy walk to centre and attractions easy parking
The hotel is well located for exploring all of Brugge, is is within a 10 minute walk form the train station. Whilst this hotel is located on the edge of the centre, there are many great restaurants just across the square. The location was perfect for us as you walk through the main shopping area to get into the older part of Brugge. My wife likes shopping. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable.
15 minute walk from historic center great breakfast
The room was clean spacious and nicely appointed. The staff were very helpful and location is close to the train station and not far from the Markt.
Would have liked a hot option for breakfast.
size of room vicinity to markets, canals, historical centre and restaurants within walking distance breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly
Staff unhelpful, mainly interested in forcing us to have the car park. The manger called Stephan was rather hostile, poor communcation skills ,unwelcoming. The whole hotel enviroment was very depressing. We felt unsafe as there is no facility to lock the door from the inside, there was also a struggle to use the lift.
the location was first rate, coupled with friendly staff and a comfortable room.
no tea making in room
Good hotel - very good location. Hotel staff all very helpful and pleasant - excellent breakfast. A little quiet not a lot of people staying - overall a a very pleasant stay - secure parking.
Not really anything to complain about.
The location was great and the hotel potentially very good.
I had asked for single beds in the superior family room, which the hotel confirmed well in advance. On arriving, the man at the desk told us that this was not possible, nor was it possible to even provide an extra duvet. He said that we had got the room cheaply and nothing extra was possible beyond what was stated on the internet. If it was not on the internet, the hotel would not do it. The hotel was actually mostly empty so a lot of things were fairly easy to do. Single beds could have been brought in from rooms on the same floor. One of my daughters was so uncomfortable during the night that she ended up sleeping on the floor for the first time in her life. There was no porter and no one to show us how the temperature controls worked in the room and we were very hot during the night. All of this was a real shame as the hotel is spacious. However, if you cannot sleep, you cannot really enjoy. The lady on reception next day was pleasant and helped with umbrellas. If we return to Bruges, we will not book at this hotel. Any saving on Booking.com should not mean unhelpfulness by staff - we haven't struck it lucky, nor is the saving that huge.
Location Warmth and cleanliness Breakfast Comfort
Pillows too big
Reception staff very helpful and spoke good English. Gave us maps and directions without us needing to ask. All aspects of the hotel were good and parking under cover was very convenient.
Most reviewers have already mentioned that there are no tea and coffee making facilities. A minor point really.
Location and on-site parking
Breakfast was a little disappointing but not bad
breakfast poor. too expensive. It is a 3 stars hotel
Lovely spacious room
No tea making facility in the room
Very friendly staff and central location near to Brugge's old town are the highlights of the hotel
It was a bit hard to find hotels car park as some of the streets were closed due to a market, but staff were very friendly and exained how to get there. All our weekend stay at this hotel staff was friendly, breakfast brilliant, ladies serving nicely, room big enoug, bathroom spacious, absolutely most comfortable bed we've found in a hotel. Location is perfect, left car at car park and walked all over the places on foot. Would recommend to stay in this hotel. Money value I do believe is good, as location, room and breakfast, which included the price, were brilliant.
Too expensive,no tea or coffe making facilities
