Martin’s Brugge is just behind the famous 13th-century Belfry and 185 yards from the Grote Markt. It has a terrace and a cocktail bar, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Good position not far from market square, underground parking, clean very good breakfast.
Breakfast was yummy and fresh.
The hotel staff was a bit rude and rushed. Didn't appreciate having to pay for parking.
This is not a four star hotel... Three stars, maybe...
The room was too small .Bed was too small. Not value for money
Great location. Walking distance to all sights!
Price was fairly high but that goes with peak season
Leaving the hotel after our 1 night stay
After an eight hour drive from Nuremburg we arrived at the hotel very much looking forward to a relaxing 1 nights rest before our next onward journey back to the UK, how wrong could I have been? We were greeted by a very unpleasant member of staff, I couldn’t call him a receptionist due to the nature of his appalling behaviour and something I have never experienced before in 20 years of traveling the world!! My past history of a receptionist is someone who is friendly, professional and makes the guests feel welcome, quite the opposite he was a very unpleasant, arrogant and intimidating character who made my wife and children feel very uneasy due to his manner and unhelpfulness during our check in to the hotel. Initially he couldn’t find our reservation due to only having my first name and not the surname, even though this was clearly marked on the booking email and was adamant that the family room we have reserved wasn’t ours! After several minutes of him dictating to me that the booking details were incorrect I asked him why he was being so unhelpful and asked to speak with the manager, again he was unhelpful stating that there wasn’t a person of responsibility in the hotel until the following morning! So on asking his name (so I could write a formal letter to the hotel manager on my return to the UK) he refused to give it to me and asked if we wanted the room or not and pointed aggressively to the door!! We did eventually find out that the man was called ‘Ronnie’ and had worked at the hotel for a short period of time, I am sure this is normally a very good hotel with excellent service but the day we arrived we definitely were served with the very worst, first impressions are extremely important and I/we will not be coming back to this hotel again!
Great location, breakfast & quality stay overall
THE LOCATION AND SPACE IN HOTEL
Perfect location.excellent breakfast would have liked to stay more than 1 night.would definately return.
Shower hose joined onto bath that you had to hold above your head
Excellent location nice breakfast good parking under the hotel lift into the hotel reception. Stayed three nights very enjoyable.
Large room. Breakfast was very good. Location for restaurants couldn't be faulted. Underground secure parking even though it was 15euros a night. Well worth it.
Ground floor with windows looking out on to a main road and cars parked in front.
Rita was the most helpful reservation person She recommended an excellent restaurant and always answered questions to help with city info Great job Rita
location and staff very helfull
place is a bit tired and drab
no teasmade in rooms no room service. bar hardly opened, rooms dingy , staff subdued ,breakfast very basic , more like a two star hotel
Liked the Cleanliness, comfort and location very much
Facilities- There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room, which is very much expected in 4 star hotel. Staff- The restaurant staff in the breakfast was quite arrogant.
Well located, clean sheets.
Musty rooms, clunky and smelly lift, not so great breakfast
Not value for money - old tired rooms, not worth the money paid - you could get better accommodation in Central London for less. Wifi was really bad and breakfast was dismal.
Breakfast was very poor, no fruit and no choices, the worst we had over a week of various accommodations. No outside area, hotel very tired and we were very disappointed .
really nice hotel, very central. staff very helpful
central location, cleanliness, comfort.
