Location for ferry port, good for walking dogs. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful buildings

Noise from adjacent room and trains. Dinner not as enjoyable as last time. 40 euro charge for two dogs in the room was a bit excessive. Didn't have any of these problems on previous visit!!

Beautiful historic buildings, professional but friendly service, accessibility to Zeebrugge ferry terminal, lovely food for dinner and breakfast.

Wine a bit expensive. Not much English spoken, but this was not a problem to us in being understood, or understanding.

Absolutely loved this place! Location: in the middle of nowhere (exactly what we needed), spacious rooms in former abbey stables (ours had two levels, with living room downstairs and bedroom/bathroom few steps above), with modern interiors, floor heating, bath with the view! Perfect!

Finding something tasty in the restaurant's menu could be a bit tricky, unless you know one of two official Belgian languages... but staff is always there to help, even if not everyone of them speaks great English.

The room was excellent, big, and comfortable. Lunch and breakfast were delicious and the staff was very attentive.

There was still an empty shower gel bottle in the bathroom, I guess from the previous guests! There was no hand soap in the room.

It's a small hotel made in an old abbey. The room was magnificant!

A great family run place. The food is great and the welcome is fantastic. They are not great at English as they mainly cater for locals. But that didn't matter everyone wanted to help. French is spoken but this is a Flemish speaking area. They have great facilities including bike hire. It is the best place to stay to visit Brugges. Brugges is a 12 minute car trip and the city parking is great in the morning, it does fill up in the afternoon. One small hint, try the Chateubriand ... only if there are 3 of you and you are all hungery ... it's the best i have ever had ... and the most generous.

Rustig gelegen tussen de weien , vlakbij Brugge en de kust. Mooie, ruime kamer met een heerlijk groot bad en regendouche. Goed bed, prima ontbijt, hartelijk ontvangst. Best reserveren voor het restaurant want het zal stampvol, niet fijn maar wel lekker en vlotte, vriendelijke bediening, (porties misschien wel te groot)

Enkel kleinigheden, ik miste een gastenzeepje en een extra handdoek op de kamer ( alleen 2 grote handdoeken is te weinig als je met 2 een bad/douche neemt) De kunstwerkjes in het restaurant zijn 'als een vlag op een mosselschuit' deze felgekleurde kinderlijk geschilderde werken vloeken in het overigens gezellige rustieke interieur.

Le wifi est mentionné dans la description. Il fonctionnait au restaurant mais pas dans la chambre.

Tout à commencer par la chambre très spacieuse sur deux niveaux et pour le restaurant, la qualité des mets servis et la gentillesse du personnel, mets à des prix qui s'ils ne sont pas nécessairement bon marché offrent tout de même un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre demander over booking au momment de la réservation ! Dommage ....... un loft nous a été proposé , c'est très bien mais l'effet cocooning était complètement raté . Nous avons quand même apprécier l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel qui nous a été réservé ce qui nous convainc à y séjourner le mois prochain (réservation garanti par le patron )

Een hotel op een mooie locatie met zeer nette en comfortabele kamers, wij hebben tevens kunnen genieten van een lekker , uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk onthaal ! Een aanrader !

ik vond het ontbijt karig voor de prijs ;we zijn om 10 u gaan ontbijten en er werd niets meer aangevuld.een uigebreider assortiment zou welkom zijn :gebakken spek,ev een gekookt eitje,wat meer fruit en platte kaas toetanden

dat we de vrijheid hadden om te komen of te gaan wanneer het ons uitkwam.

De kamers zijn bijzonder sfeervol ingericht en de ligging van het hotel is heerlijk rustig en landelijk. De welness bij dit hotel is gratis voor gasten en ziet er ook goed uit. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is perfect!

Als vegetariër had ik eigenlijk weinig tot geen keus in het restaurant. Gastronomisch zijn ze erg favoriet en hoog van kwaliteit maar het feit dat er Ganzelever op de menukaart staat heeft mij doen besluiten om daar niet te eten. Erg jammer!

Deze unieke groene locatie wordt ontsierd door de grote parking in het midden ! De elektronische deuropening van de kamers liep voortdurend in de soep met als gevolg dat men telkens weer een nieuw badge moesten halen bij het onthaal ( dat niet in hetzelfde gebouw gevestigd is ). De handdoeken zijn moeilijk op te bergen onder de lavabo en er is een tekort aan legplanken in de kast : toch wel een serieus minpunt voor wat anderzijds een mooie kamer was !
