Very safe location, video surveillance all around the property, double locks. Elevator in great condition. Very clean, no insects and ac is working. The view is towards the city street, and it gives the impression of how people there live.

Amazing small town, especially during holidays is so full of lovely people, so much laughter and cheer that it warms your heart. Great cafes and restaurants, but also offers a great outdoor activities- park Kailaka, Skobelev park and also if you are up for some historical sightseeing go visit the Panorama.

Pleven is beautiful city and it worth a visit. Positive people, and a lot of history. You can visit local wineries, also the museum of wine, The Pleven Panorama is awesome history landmark and its a must to visit when you are in town. City has numerous great restaurants, bars and night clubs for entertainment, also handful of pools for the summer fun, and awesome nature park called Kaylaka. PLeven for sure will not disappoint you.

Pleven can pleasantly surprise anyone who has not visited it.
Those who love museums and historical monuments could take 2 days to explore all that is in the city. The Pleven panorama is impressive, especially considering when it was done (1977). Kaylaka Park is great - well worth the walk. Storgosia Fortress is interesting, but only for those who like "climbing old forts".
Downtown also offers pretty good places to walk - the city garden is well-kept, and the central part is nice. The river is neglected and quite a few places are crying out for mowing, but overall the destination is worth it.
There are quite a few interesting sites nearby such as the Devetashka Cave and the Krushun waterfalls, you can also go to Belene or Nikopol.
In the evenings there is somewhere to go out to a bar, and there are other night spots in town.

Unless you enjoy fountains and some nice church architecture then there isn't much to see, but these two are spectacular. It's a nice stop off for a night between Bucarest and Sofia. There's plenty resturants around the center and it's east to walk around.

The hotel staff is very rude.
The hotel staff is very rude. Most of them do not understand English and Manager (Vasi) says guest should understand and speak Bulgarian. Clearly they do not want foreign guests in Hotel.
Wifi is worst and can not connect ever. Room are not clean, phone does work in room, Manager does not take action on complaint and does not listen also to guests concerns.
Breakfast was dry, stale and rubbish. Will not recommend for anyone to stay in the hotel

The pedestrian street is quite long and you can also ride a bike, skate or go walk with your children. The fountains and waterfall are very nice at night, because they are lighted in multiple colors. You can also see some old buildings and eat a good ice-cream with a view!
The staff were excellent and always ready to assist with questions and requests. The location is excellent with beautiful views of the local scenery. Our room had a balcony and views onto the lake, the room was bigger than most hotels we've visited and very clean and welcoming.
The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic, it has a infinity pool which sadly opened the week after our stay. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely visit again in the near future.
We liked everything!!! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and equipped with anything you might need. Parking is easy outside the building and you can book a table at the nice restaurant just across the street. The location is perfect for a stay in Pleven - it is just a few minutes away from the city center, yet on a quiet street. We appreciated the nice coffee in the morning that was a compliment. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
Brilliant location to the city and shops. We felt very safe at the property as there is a private entrance to the apartment and a locked gate to the building.
It was clean, and seemed newly renovated.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Pleven.
The host was lovely and gave us some homemade cake.
It is a nice hotel tucked away in the mountain with beautiful pool and good parking. We had free pool access and they even provided free beach towels by the poolside which was a nice touch! We had rented the 1-Bedroom Apartment which was pretty comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was great.
This is easily the best hotel to stay at in Pleven. We've checked off the other big name hotels and have been disappointed every time. The service (the hotel staff), the room, the location are all unbeatable! Extra shoutout to the lady working the front desk - she was wonderful.
The staff was very friendly and positive. The location is very good - in the heart of Pleven. The breakfast is good. If you stay there book deluxe room.
There is parking area, but not enough for the capacity of the hotel. We were lucky to get one place.
Is good they have a parking lot in the back of building.
The location is good, on the pedestrian area in the city center, with a second entrance for cars.
Is a pet-friendly hotel, which is great for some people, no extra fees was requested.
Actually great, no complaints. The only tricky part was the parking (the street is a bit crowded) but with a bit of patience I moved the car closer to the hotel and it was fine.
