The restaurant is tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything was as neat as a pin. Those little details were a nice touch. I really loved the place!

The bed was very comfortable and they were able to provide extra pillows which made it very comfortable, the room was clean and tastefully decorated with nice bed side lighting that was dimmable! Lighting can make such a difference in the room and this was nice. We had a small balcony, and a private bathroom. We slept very well there. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others were helpful even though they could not speak English. Unfortunately we do not speak Bulgarian, so it is our fault with communications. We chose this place for its hot spring pools which were wonderful. There is a large hot soaking pool, and another very warm pool for swimming. It was open even in the cooler weather of October. It was luxuriously wonderful to float around and relax. Dinner at their restaurant was also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Small boutique like hotel with stunning Pirin mountain views, very close to Bansko, and also has its own restaurant where the food is exceptional, the only I would love to see in the menus is more traditional local meals. The pools and the spa is exceptional, very clean and very well maintained. The temperature in the pools is between 35-40 degrees which it makes it amazing for the cool and winter seasons, and not the least the water is world class spring water with lots of amazing health qualities!!!!! And NOT sulfur smell!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, we definitely coming back :)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.
