The beach loungers are getting dated and saggy, time for an upgrade.
We found everything we needed at Sunbreeze for what we paid. The location was close to town, yet not very noisy considering. The street out front of the hotel is busy, so we usually took the beach route into town. We had a deluxe room which was extremely well appointed and quite large. However the double bed was a bit small and uncomfortable. After a few days we switched to a superior room which we were thrilled with. The king bed was much firmer and more comfortable, plus we were closer to the beach/pool. Although I must say, except for the bed, the deluxe room was superb as well.
The pool area was very nice with a great view of the ocean. The ocean of course is full of sea grass so not really swimable, but it is gorgeous. Oh and the restaurant at the hotel is excellent. People say it's pricey but much of the Island is for a really good meal. Having said that, we usually went to Celi's around the corner for delicious and cheap breakfast burritos.
Overall I would go back in a heartbeat. Just don't expect a 5 star and you'll love it.
