The staff don't listen to their customers, at least not to me. The lady that checked us in didn't seem to know the procedure and if I should make the payment then and there or not. I told her I always pay for my whole stay at check-in but she only wanted me to pay for the first night ; I was staying for 4. This caused problems with, I'm assuming, the
Manager, he never identified himself, calling and knocking at my door demanding payment, and this when I was sleeping. I tried telling him that I told the lady it was weird that she didn't want me to pay for the entire stay at check-in, but he never listened , he would only mumble to himself or say it's not ok that I haven't paid. They also didn't change the bedsheets the whole time I was there, not sure if they are supposed to though so I won't judge on that too much. The carpets are among the dirtiest I've seen in hotels of this class. Overall, It's a shame because this is the best location for me, it's close to everything and right next to the freeway. Shame.
