The service was terrible. Was asked for credit card and was passed the machine without amount showing as clerk already pressed ok for me. Asked him for the amount and what we were doing, he didn't answer nor explain. Machine timed out, had to do it again, clerk was annoyed, finally said it was only preauthorization. This time he passed the machine to me and I saw the amount, so I entered PIN. First night, the heat stopped working in room, woke up frozen, went to clerk about issue for second night, no offer to fix or find solution (it was -25 that night), was told mechanic left already, had to ask for extra blankets, was told there were some in room, there wasn't (used our winter coats on top as extra blankets in the end), remote to TV didn't work, had also brought it down to change batteries, brought it back up, still didn't work. Gave up. Didn't want to deal with the hotel staff anymore. Just here visiting family at hospital. Changed hotels to the Holiday Inn right beside them for remainder of stay.
The beds were very comfortable, the blankets soft.
