Central Location Friendly and helpful staff Value
Staff are efficient and kind. Room is quiet. Location is very convenient.
View was beautiful. Hotel was very convenient.
The young lady at the check-in desk was so professional, had a lovely smile on her face and upgraded us to a better room. Food was excellent at Ricky's, again waitresses were lovely. Accommodation was so comfortable, we loved it and we'll be back!
Nothing bad to say seeing as it was our first time.
Wifi was virtually non-existent. Had a room with a horrible view to an ugly courtyard.
The staff were great - particularly Steff who was a fountain of knowledge and made great recommendations for food and services Free tea and coffee in reception The $5 reward voucher for skipping room service - just hope the staff still got paid! Proximity to town - right on the money at the top of "the strip" Hot tub and sauna Great value - you're in one of the most beautiful places on earth what do want to spend your time in a hotel for? You can do that in ugly places like London consequently as long as you get a comfy. clean bed to lay your head on at night after a hard day skiing or hiking then why pay more?
The tea in the room but that's the Brit abroad in me -it's hardly ever up to standard even in uk hotels.
Location and parking was great
I recently booked 6 rooms for 12 people, we are all in our late 30s and I feel like we were treated poorly because of our age. First, one of my guests did not have a credit card and was more than willing to pay a cash deposit. The lady at the front proceeded to tell him was not allowed (when a hour early they had offered another one of my groups the option to pay a cash deposit) I had to pay an addition deposit on my card, which they charged at check in for $200+/room, and I have still yet to receive the money back on my card, two days after check out!!! Also, we had rented 6 rooms, two of which were "PREMIUM". They were exactly the same! Except they had a window with a view, a view of scaffolding, not mountains like advertised. When we brought this up at check out with the front desk said there was nothing they could do, and that they would bring it up with management and get back to us. We spent almost a $1000 at your hotel and you were un-willing to comp us the $20 extra a room we were charged for "PREMIUM" rooms that were provided. I think we will try a different hotel next time, unless there is a corrective action to this matter.
Location, nice room, good staff. Fridge didn't work, they replaced it. Phone didn't work and they replaced it too.
Flimsy plastic cups for coffee but on request they provided china ones.
Loved the location...and the friendly staff. The restaurant and lounge has great food as well a delicious breakfast :-)
So old you could smell it on the carpet, bathroom door did not closed properly, the knob was broken. Most of the hotel include breakfast, this hotel did not! (Very dissapointing)
Fantastic location in proximity to downtown, friendly staff, decent price. Were able to book our same room for one more night on short notice.
Our heater didn't work the first night, they had to send 3 different people up to look at it. Our light in our bathroom flickered constantly (it looked like a rave) and that wasn't fixed.
Convenient location. Close to most amenities in Banff.
Parking can't accommodate high pick up trucks
All of it
This is our second visit to this hotel. It is a great location for walking, good value, big rooms, clean, comfortable hotel.
The hot tub location is a bit strange, you come out of the elevator into the lobby to find the main floor hot tub The maintenance and ambience iare lacking but the temperature and jets were great.
The hotel staff were very friendly room was clean
The bed was to hard
Loooved the bed, the best night's sleep I've ever had...
Wi-Fi wasn't free.
Wifi Doesnt work at all, and when my wife called at front desk/room service no one is answering the phone,
Love the location, right off the downtown strip. Grocery store across the street. Tourism office onsite.
Internet connection, speed was not the greatest... keep loosing my connection. Room carpet had lots of stains in the room I had....
Staff were absolutely great. Very helpful and friendly.
The in room WIFI is a joke. Very slow and intermittent at best.
Close to downton
You can hear notices from street, beds are old and not comfortable. I asked for a quiet room, And the one they gave me I could heard people from blocks away. Too expensive for what you get.
There was no air conditioning in the room.
Poor internet connection.
Close to all shops. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Almost everything. Location... hospitality.... room size,,, comfort.... cleanliness... welcoming.
Not enough towels and the restaurant service was very slow and inattentive. The window screen in our room was broken and loose despite a call to front desk
The location was great and cleanliness of everything was good as well. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok too.
The times we tried the wifi it never worked.
