Staff very helpful & pleasant. Easy free parking. Good free breakfast. .
Bathroom sink tap very hard to use. Ask for tub grab bars
Weight room,bed,staff,location and buffet breakfast.
Lack of hot water in shower of my room, not related to volume in hotel but the plumbing. You have to run the hot water in the sink to get hot water in the shower. How weird is that?
Shuttle service was excellent.
Ignored by staff at breakfast every morning of our stay.
The room was quiet and the food catered to my celiac disease
Hotel and room were very clean and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good - lots of fresh fruit and some variety. Nice to have the convenience if in-house restaurants which stayed open late.
Would have preferred secure parking.
Surprisingly nice and clean. Spacious room which we enjoyed.
there was no Ice machine on our floor. We had to go to another floor each time we required ice. Otherwise, everything was good.
The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful...great Aloha spirit. Poolside restaurant and central location and proximity to the beach.
I liked the location & the staff was really good. Thx you for the hospitality
The staff we dealt with were wonderful, the room, though needing upgrading was clean. The neighbour room was loud, but we brought ear plugs. (thank goodness!)
I asked about a medical rate as my son (17 yrs) and I were staying because he had surgery on Friday (Thanksgiving weekend). I was told there wasn't a medical rate. My mom and dad in law told me (after we were home) they always stay there when in Kelowna for medical reasons and they get a medical rate. So I am not impressed with the fact I didn't get this rate. Plus the bathroom sink was cracked, toilet was out of date and our room ran out of kleenex.
The restaurant which was very busy for breakfast, service a little slow.
Staff was friend and it was nice it included breakfast.
I wish there had been a hair dryer, robe and hair conditioner in the room. My bed was squeaky which was weird getting in and out of bed.
Location is good. Close to downtown and some restaurants around. Quite, clean and comfy. Got a nice view from my room. The TV is LG HD with good movie selections available. The facility is better much vs the smaller inns around there.
The room is quite used and need some renovation.. the wall, the carpet. The beds and the desk are okay.
Staff and the hotel facility
We were upgraded and enjoyed our room..f
Breakfast good although had to sit at bar as so crowded couldn't get a table! Pool nice and staff friendly.
Room was small, bed very lumpy even with mattress topper (which kept falling off!) bathroom definitely needed upgrading, shower barely a trickle and toilet bowl stained! Walls were paper thin and could hear our neighbours in their rooms making a peaceful nights sleep impossible. Thought it would be closer to bars and restaurants but just that bit too far we drove everywhere, would pay more to stay closer to the water.
nice rooms courteous staff convenient good price nice facilities great breakfast
my sister's room was not satisfactory when she booked - NOT by booking.com She was quite dissatisfied..all rooms should be satisfactory with similar pillows etc Slow coffee service from morning café staff - had to ask 3x - not busy
Nice pool and friendly staff. Comfy bed.
Standard rooms are a little neglected. Not the cleanest bathrooms, just old from wear and tear. Complimentary buffet breakfast nothing to write home about.
The pool was excellent and nice to have a breakfast buffet included in cost of the room
Smallest room we have stayed in, in 20 years. Security chain was broken, leaky toilet, no air conditioning (it was 27 degrees)
The room was clean and looked a lot better than the pictures shown on the hotel website. Breakfast was great with a variety of foods to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
15 minute walk to the harbour front. Breakfast was included in the price and included a hot buffet that was very good.
Noisy revellers around the pool until late. Evening staff were blase in the restaurant. I ordered a hot chicken wrap. Half of it was stone cold. I was told this was how it was served! Not good.
I loved that they had a really nice restaurant. The food was great. We ate at the grill but was able to order from the Vixen Vintage Room. The pool area was very convenient to our room.
It was labour day long weekend and I ate at the grill on Sun and was wanting to order from the Vixen Vintage Restaurant. It was closed. They should have hired a chef for that Sunday. I ate there on Friday and wanted to go back on Sun. If I knew they were closed I would have made reservations for another restaurant for for fine dinning. There was a really annoying dog next door that barked on our last night of stay. The water pressure was horrible. I did not shower between 830-930 due to no hot water available. The staff are not very pleasant, especially restaurant staff. The front desk were not that helpful either. I asked for the location of gray monk winery and they gave me one word answers. I did not require housekeeping but asked for 4 face cloths and the housekeeper did not want to give it to me. She probably assumed that I wanted to steal it. It didn't make sense because they left the carts in the hallway while cleaning te rooms. If I really wanted to steal it I would have just taken it. During our 3 night stay I didn't ask for towels or any house keeping so that was odd. No tip for her there.
Complimentary breakfast was great.
Loved its central location, cleanness and professional hotel air
The lack of variety at breakfast. Had more variety at the DaysInn I stayed at in Revelstoke
The staff were very friendly. Great area for drinks and to eat overlooking the pool.
