The rooms are very nice, but the shower needs a little update. It’s in no way ugly. But the rest of the room is very upscale, so to have a regular bath/shower seems low budget. Other than that, great hotel, will definitely book there again.

To be fair, I cannot rate Rimouski as I only stayed one night and just passing through. However I think it deserves to be discovered. We visited the Pointe au Père Museum and it was quite interesting

Loved the hotel and the staff.
Loved the hotel and the staff. Downstairs is a wonderful restaurant. We had breakfast and supper there. The food was excellent. It is so nice when after dinner you just have to take the elevator to your room. No driving in the dark looking for places that are open during Covid time.

A nice hotel with a clean and comfortable room.
A nice hotel with a clean and comfortable room. They could use more staff at the front desk. Some of the key cards didn't work which is annoying and frustrating. Some of the staff were not very proficient in English

We had a wonderful time exploring Point-Au-Pere. There were so many things to see and do with the kids. Make sure to stop by the Information area first. They are very helpful.

Lovely town situated along the St-Lawrence River.
Lovely town situated along the St-Lawrence River. Beautiful parks and lots of bike and walking paths. A challenging golf course within 10 minute drive - spectacular views of the StLawrence and surrounding countryside.
This place exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean, had a microwave and fridge too.
The bathroom, towels and bed was very clean as well.
The staff is lovely and even though due to covid the breakfast is closed, they provide the breakfast in trays and out was a. So much choice.
I usually sleep on harder mattress so that's not the Hotels fault. Such a Lovely place to spend the night.
Its also right next to SAQ a, uniprix and metro grocery.
Location is perfect. Right downtown close to the train station and lots of restaurants. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. There’s a small kitchen area you can use with a microwave, kettle and fridge
Adriana was VERY helpful when I suddenly needed an extra night and they were full. She found me another place that worked out great!
We called this the haunted motel, and that was a plus. The place has a great deal of atmosphere and charm, in fact it's delightful. Despite being old, it's clean and everything works. It was a good place for an overnight stop. The parking was good and free and the location is good, on the road out of Rimouski and by the sea.
Although the hotel is full it was quiet in our room. There are extra pillows and the pillows aren’t flat. We like that there is a fridge and microwave in the room and that it’s easy to adjust the temp in the room.
The view from the room is amazing, if you can get over an old downtown building and an ugly parking lot, the rooms are incredible. We also had maid service daily that many hotels are not providing now.
Quaint old hotel with beautiful views over the St. Lawrence. Our room was in a small modern extension next to the older house. Room was comfortable and spacious, with a little balcony at the front.
Location near restaurants and being able to run several kilometers along the water, on a beautiful trail that crossed forested areas and boardwalks. Friendly staff. Very newly renovated bathrooms.
Our room was clean and comfortable .there was no ac but with the windows open it was not bad .some road noise but the restaurant next door was very good and made everything easy and comfortable.
I always stay at this hotel when visiting my son at the CÉGEP. A few minutes walk from the school, close to all city amenities, and a beautiful hotel! The hotel restaurant has delicious food!
It's not a motel, it's a family room, very small and dirty, with a very small shower in the basement. Very expensive, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
