It was a noisy stay I requested a quite room and was put on the 16th floor next to the staff stairs that was constantly being used! Security is lax -there are no elevator keys so anyone can get on and be At your room door - scary experience
Plenty staff to assist with enquiries and to help. Rooms could do with some décor but clean
Room ,service, locality, music, didn't like added tax would have preferred tax included in quote then u no full price
Staff is wonderful! So accommodating and friendly. I love the atmosphere, and the location is a perfect base for exploring the city and all it has to offer.
Absolutely nothing! Great Hotel!
Very clean. The recreation areas (pool, gym) were very nice. The location is good for walking or transit.
The one thing we found awkward was that our son (almost 17) was under age for the adult spa area. We felt a bit awkward in the kids area (though that area was awesome for families!) We had to split up to enjoy all the facillities.
Location brilliant in the heart of the buzz of Toronto.
Shabby cramped room. Expensive parking. Queues for lifts, queues at reception. Soulless
I like the friendly staff. I like the convenience of the Market Garden - open early and late, easy to get a quick breakfast, snack or meal. Never had to wait for a taxi.
I was keen to try the espresso bar, but didn't as I was not happy that they only use paper cups. I like my coffee in a real cup when I'm not taking out.
Room was very spacious for 3 people and perfectly clean. Beds were comfy. Great location, and it has an arcade!
Location and helpful staff specially Jens
noisy in the room, lifts?
Lobby was updated, that's about it.
Rooms extremely small Towel racks falling off Wallpaper peeling Bathroom very dated. Dirty tiles, plumbing fixtures loose. Tub chipped
Very friendly, helpful staff. The bed was comfortable.
My room smelled like chlorine and dirty feet. The decor was faded, sink and tub scratched with rust on drains.
Great restaurant facilities. Good location.
Rooms seriously need renovation. My room felt really humid and the heating was not working so that I can get rid of it.
Location poor view of parking lot wanted lake biew
Room view poor check in and lack of staff there, long wait from room assistance
treated with respect at all times without staff being subserviant.
I have nothing to say everything was great.
Close to Eaton Centre and Yonge St area Fast service at front office Helpful concierge staff Clean room Free wifi Great breakfast
Only the smoke from the food corner makes the lobby a bit food smelly, need strong air freshener
Great location, right downtown.
Loud, somewhat of a party hotel.
location good value for money
a bit old despite renovations
Location and facilities
The scale of hotel creates a somewhat manic atmosphere in communal areas The hotel could do with a refurb. Rooms are tired and dated.
Very friendly staff in all aspect, especially Demar at the 27th Foor Lounge who went out of his way to help and make the stay feel at home.
Unstable wifi at certain area of hotel.
Location is great Nice gym
Never been able to close the window properly so it was really noisy even I was in the 10th floor. Carpet are so old, room was really dark, that brown color was pretty disgusting and on top of that the toilet seat was scratched and old, I was really disappointed by the room!!!
The location and the friendly staff
Too big and too crowd, one has to wait for a long time to get into a lift. In one evening we were directed to use the service lift!
Value for money. Very central to major attractions and transit links.
I really liked the location and having everything we needed in the area!
