We booked the room with the Matterhorn view, it was really great. Room had two bathrooms and area was so spacious and clean. They had a Zermama bear robe, it was so comfortable when we were having our fondue outside at the balcony. Free pick up service from Zermatt train station.

This brand new renovated hotel in the center of Zermatt is just a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and across the road of the valley station of the Sunnegga Express. It offers free WiFi. The stop is located directly in front of Hotel Mama.
