This is a large upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with a large living room (parlor) and an open plan dinning section, kitchen, 2 toilets & a TV set. 1) You can rent a studio ( a large master’s bedroom with an internal toilet, a king size bed & a large wardrobe) for 17,000 frs 2) There are 2 Double bedrooms with a shared toilet. Price per room is 12,000frs 3) NB: The apartment uses a fan and not AC 4) there’s a TV set in the living room
