I liked the location
The size of the room too small not what I expected of a suite fot the price paid
The Staff Is Great I Like Them! They even speak English which is a bonus. The Pool, Breakfast, High Ceilings, Archways, The Yellow walls and Green Doors the DECOR is Wonderful. The Colonial Feel, The Fantastic Location. I Personally Love this Hotel no matter what. Joe From Hawaii
Internet a little slow, rooms can be a bit cold sometimes. They do have some extra Heaters at times. Many hotels in Bogota have the similar issues so it is something that should be overlooked. I am sure by the time you read this there internet will be faster.
Thin windows Outdated rooms
Nice inner swimming pool. Good saunas and Turkish.
Poor wifi. And every time need to log on with username and password. Room wall needed to be painted. And some small hairs on the pillow.
The appearance of the hotel from outside also the filling that u live in a historical building +the v good welcome and warm behaviour of all the staff
The all staff only speaks Spanish which made the communication v difficult , breakfast so poor , although the hotel in down town but the centre move to the north which is far from
Location and lobby area
Quality of the food; quality of the staff; value for money; condition of bedroom (v poor)
Excellent location and friendly staff. Ideal for a few days stay in the historical part of Bogota.
They have a problem with smelling of food from the kitchen in the morning. I was on the top floor but still felt like waking up in the middle of a restaurant kitchen some mornings. They should fix this but since I see that people have complained about it before without change, perhaps they can't or will not.
Nice building, good location, nice staff, gym and good hi fi
Price...quality of the room Not so clean Breakfast is normal but terrible coffee
The new wing at the hotel.
The old wing of the hotel. Very noisy and uncomfortable.
Great hotel in the Candelaria area of Bogota. The hotel is located in a side street away from noisy traffic. I loved the fresh eggs and fruit served for breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated, but the room was much simpler, in comparison.
Charming hotel, amazing staff, next to the Opera House in La Candelaria district. You can walk to everything in the historical downtown. Very safe. Loved it!!!!!
There was nothing not to like about it.
The hotel needs some maintenance... some floors are stained, some walls needs paint...
The staff os very professional.
Staff was excellent and helped arrange safe airport transfers and tours. Very important to a woman traving do.
Room was noisy since it was over an open dining area. Since floors are tile, sound was magnified. Would ask for a room on other side if I return.
Excellent location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, beautiful colonial building
The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The best customer service I encountered in Bogota.
My only complaint would be the unreliable hot water.
Extremely friendly staff. Great location. Very cute hotel. Good restaurant.
Excellent location and a beautiful boutique hotel.
Incompetent reception desk and awkward internet connection.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of our holiday and 2 nights at the end. For the first part we stayed in the old colonial part of the hotel with bedrooms around a beautiful interior courtyard. The room was small but very comfortable and characterful with lovely seating areas in the communal spaces around the courtyard. At the end of our trip we were in the more modern annex in a much larger, lighter and more modern room with the added advantage of a safe in the room. We arrived on a Sunday so all was quiet but unfortunately there was major building work going on behind the theatre next door and work started at 6.30am and to our amazement carried on throughout the night! As we were leaving early the next morning we didn't ask to be moved but ended up travelling home after very little sleep. I know this kind of disturbance is unavoidable but we weren't warned. Apart from this we can highly recommend the hotel- it is in a great location just round the corner from the fabulous Botero museum and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the use of the pool and spa facilities is an added bonus after a tiring day sightseeing.
Exceptionally comfortable bed in a clean and cosy room. The location is great for seeing the main museums.
This is the noisiest room I've had in a long while (and that includes youth hostels!). I was surprised at how noisy the room was given the star rating. There was noise every night up until about midnight on all 4 nights that we were there, from private parties/tour groups having late dinner and drinks (sometimes with music). Then there was noise from 6.30am due to the building work next door and the breakfast being served in the courtyard each morning.
Very friendly staff and a good, comfortable hotel; fantastic location within Bogota; stayed there several nights and enjoyed each; ask for room on 7th floor for great view
the place was very confortable
SPA was not hold the water . We nead aconditioner for the hair. Thast all , to be OK
