Beautiful sea view fully equipped villa 132 m2, with a private pool of 20 m2, in a quiet green area of Peyia, with a good size 2 bedrooms, among beautiful villas, very close to the center of Peyia. in 5 minutes drive the best beaches of Paphos: Coral bay, Laurou CORALLIA. As well as the Avakas Gorge, Turtle Beach, Zoo, White river, cea caves, the best restaurants of Peyia and a little noisy in the evening Coral bay (part of Peiya) with a restaurant street 5-15 minutes from the villa. The administrative center of the Paphos district is just 15 minutes away by car. It is also very convenient to visit the city of Polis just 20 km from Peyia. on a convenient road.
We are a family living in Cyprus. We know that you deserve your vacation, we are working hard to make it unforgettable and relaxing for you. Charming and spacious sea view villa (bungalow) of 132 m2 with a large plot, barbecue, personal pool or semi-detached two-storey house in a luxurious popular complex, sea view 105 m2 with a large patio of 40 m2 and large Parking, as well as a beautiful garden, barbecue and a very large swimming pool - only you can choose. Both of our properties in lower Peyia are the pearls of the Paphos region in very quiet places with a great location. Cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, the hosts (Svetlana and Dennis) are very hospitable. Our villa and holiday home are located in the seaside village of Peyia (the lower, bourgeois and quiet part of Peyia), just 1 km from the noisy and cheerful evenings thanks to the restaurant street of the Peyia Coral Bay area. In the center of the village of Peyia there are several cozy taverns, bars, 2 supermarkets, a concert hall, everyday goods, a bank, 2 pharmacies, Zoo, a picnic area and a panoramic platform, as well as bus service to Coral Bay, Paphos and Kato Paphos.
Peyia is the largest area of the Paphos region, and with the best attractions for both locals and tourists, both natural and built. here in Peyia are the Sea Caves, Peyia Park, the beautiful nature trail, and the tourist trail along the magical Avakas Gorge, and the Viklari view restaurant after the trail, ZOO, horse riding training, go-karting, golf, the Ampelones hall concert venue, where world celebrities such as Igless, Bon Jovi, Phil Collins constantly come, and many others. There is a Pickni forest, with equipped picnic areas and a barbecue among the pines.wonderful cruise routes are sure to sail from Paphos to Peyia. It is also equally close to the cities of Polis and Paphos from Peyia, which makes the location doubly amazing. and if we take into account that the best beaches of the entire Paphos region are located in Peyia (the lower part of Peyia is CORAL BAY), then the choice is unambiguous. many tourists arriving in the Paphos region for the first time return here, both new and regular tourists. Peyia is well developed, has good tourist services and supermarkets and restaurants. and the locals have a saying that the best sunsets in Cyprus are Paphos, and the best sunsets in Paphos are in Peyia.
