Wow! Absolutely beautiful. Love the balcony, the view, the friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, especially the memory foam pillows! Amazing breakfast, crepes made on the spot, lots of options. Highly recommend. And the restaurant just below the hotel had the best food. Wish we could stay longer.

The hotel is very close to the Congress Center, which is where I needed to go. It is a pleasant 5-minute walk. Along the way, there are restaurants, cafes, etc. It is also very close to the train station, possibly within walking distance, but best accessed by taxi if with luggage. Aside from the above logistics, and most importantly, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and great in communicating with its guests, either through automated messaging or directly in person. The staff is fluent in English to accommodate foreign visitors. Other perks include an attached restaurant specializing in steaks and burgers with a modest selection of other items, including salads, desserts, beer and wine, etc. Breakfast is also included with a variety of typical offerings, including eggs, coffee, cereals, fruit, juices, etc. The breakfast dining area is spacious and pleasant, and the food service staff are very attentive and helpful. All in all, this is a hotel I would definitely return to if visiting Zlin in the future.
