The establishment is in a beautiful wineyard. Rooms were new and clean. Breakfast with the view on the whole winery was also great. The staff was very helpful and did not have a problem with later checkout because of extraordinary circumstances.

So many options what to do, from walking in the vineyards, enjoying historical sites, cycling, great food and wine in the local cellars or visiting neighbouring villages - there is always thing to do.MilosCzech Republic - 10Scored 10
There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not...
There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not enough for us. If you rush you may get it all in but it would not be enjoyable. We traveled in the off season and it was beautiful. We will return in peak season to see the gardens and enjoy all the area has to offer. Keep in mind most things close at 4:00.

Valtice is a small city with a pittoresque main square and a beautiful castle. Most of the buildings have been renovated and kept the historic style. There is a laid back atmoshhere as the town is not too touristic. Cycle tracks are leading through vineyards to Ledice and Mikulov. It is not just Valtice but three cities that are close to each other - Valtice, Lednice and Mikulov. Beautiful castles, huge gardens, a lot to see by walking, riding bicycles or using a horse carriage. Historic sites that are marked by UNESCO as a European garden.

The swimmingpool was the best part with a nice view over the castle and rooftops. It is the perfect location to start your cycle ride in between the vinyards and to relax afterwards. It was very handy you could rent bicycles from the hotel and with the check in we got a glass of wine to welcome us :) Jams, spreads, nutella, etc. was all home made at the breakfast and they make your eggs fresh so it really elevated the quality.AnneliesCzech Republic

The accommodation is spacious, neat, clean, and has a small kitchenette. There is also a nice garden with a swimming pool but we did not use it as the weather was not very hot. Another positive feature is a parking place at the site. The owner is friendly and helpful. She called us before arrival, met us at the site and showed the apartment.
